Causaly is redefining how humans acquire knowledge and develop insights in biomedicine. Our AI-powered platform enables
researchers and decision-makers to discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials,
regulatory documents, and other complex data sources in minutes.
We are building the world’s most advanced biomedical knowledge platform, powered by a high-precision Knowledge Graph and GenAI
capabilities. Our technology is already used by leading biopharmaceutical organizations to accelerate drug discovery, improve
safety, and drive better decision-making.
Backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our
product suite and market presence.
We are looking for a highly proactive, technically curious GTM Engineer/RevOps Manager to help us build and evolve a modern,
AI-native go-to-market engine at Causaly.
This is not a traditional RevOps role. We are not looking for someone to “run HubSpot” or maintain existing processes. Instead, we
want a builder: someone who moves fast, experiments, automates aggressively, and is excited to wire together tools, data, and
workflows that directly support revenue teams.
HubSpot will be your starting point, but not your end state. Over time, this role will extend across enrichment, outbound
automation, AI tooling, and the broader GTM technology stack.
This role is ideal for someone highly analytical who is hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by shipping
improvements quickly rather than designing perfect systems upfront.
Build and Own GTM Systems
Design Automation and Run AI-native Systems
Own Data Flows and Visibility
Operate with Speed and Ownership
Partner with GTM Teams
This role prioritises mindset and execution ability over seniority.

AT GRADIENT LABS, WE'RE BUILDING THE AI CUSTOMER OPERATIONS PLATFORM FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES. Founded in 2023, we now work with some of the biggest names in banking and fintech. Our platform runs specialist agents, purpose-built for financial services, to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations. Together, they give product and operations teams the visibility and control to trust every outcome. We're a team of builders from companies like Monzo, Wise, Mastercard, Revolut and Google. If you're excited to tackle some of the hardest problems in AI and help shape the future of customer operations, we'd love to hear from you. 🎯 HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT This is a foundational role for our GTM motion. You'll own the systems and signals behind how we identify, segment, and reach our ICP, stitch our BDR, marketing, and sales ops into one streamlined operation, and be a critical partner to our AEs and our Head of Marketing in turning those signals into pipeline. Most of the day-to-day work comes down to: * Building super-qualified, relevant lists. There are fifty ways to build a list, but what we actually want is volume within a tightly defined core ICP. You'll define the right way to do that for each of our segments and run it consistently. * Owning the outbound motion end to end. We sell to a targeted enterprise ICP, so this isn't an ultra-high-volume game. It's low-volume, high-frequency, high-quality outbound: combining email and LinkedIn into multi-touch plays that land with our personas, managing domains and deliverability, owning reply handling, and auditing success. * Supporting sales with pipe-gen. Partner closely with our AEs on account strategy. Surface intent signals, prioritise the right accounts, and make sure no signal goes to waste. * Connecting the operations layer. BDR ops, marketing ops, and sales ops currently run as separate threads across HubSpot, Clay, CommonRoom, LGM, Apollo, and Instantly. You'll bring a point of view on how these should fit together, build the integrations and workflows that make them one system, and keep iterating so the whole thing gets better month over month. * Plugged into the GTME/AI market. You have a real read on how the space is moving: what operators at peer companies are building, which categories and tools are emerging, what's working in practice vs. what's hype. 💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Enterprise SaaS operations background. 5+ years in a rev ops, marketing ops, or sales ops role at an enterprise SaaS company. You've run strong account-based motions before. * Systems-building instinct: You think in workflows. You can take a half-built thing, see what it should be, and build it into a system that compounds. You're fluent in tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo but you treat the tools as interchangeable; the operation is the point. * Genuine AI fluency. You use AI every day as the way you work. You're great at prompting, comfortable building small agents, and creative about what AI can take off your plate. * Fast pace and bias to action. Fast is your default. You’d rather try something today than schedule a meeting about it next week. * High agency and ownership. You evaluate whether your work is producing results. If something isn't working, you flag it early with a recommendation rather than more activity. * Comfort with ambiguity. You're at home in an early-stage environment and don't wait to be told what's important. WHY JOIN GRADIENT LABS? This is a unique chance to be part of a team working with cutting-edge technology to reshape how businesses will operate in the future. Over the next 10 years, every company will need to embrace AI-powered operations to stay competitive, and this role puts you right in the middle of that transformation. You’ll tackle challenging and new problems, work with some of the most exciting brands across different industries, and be surrounded by a passionate, smart team that’s driven to build something groundbreaking
This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. About the role The GTM Automation Engineer builds the automations, custom internal applications, and AI-native workflows that power our Go-To-Market operations. This role is not about traditional SaaS administration; it is about acting as a 10x builder who leverages AI coding assistants and LLMs to solve process bottlenecks. When native tool interfaces (like Marketo or Salesforce) slow our teams down, you rapidly build and deploy custom web apps that streamline the user experience. You will partner with commercial stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to uncover improvement opportunities, radically reduce manual work, and enhance the entire commercial lifecycle through continuous innovation. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Custom Web Apps & Internal Tooling: Rapidly prototype and build lightweight, custom web applications to bypass clunky native SaaS UIs and accelerate team execution. * AI & Systems Integration: Develop deep integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs using webhooks, APIs, and modern automation platforms. * Automation Development: Build, deploy, and maintain robust automated workflows that eliminate manual effort across the organization. * Tool Innovation over Maintenance: Own selected GTM tools end-to-end. Focus on automating away routine maintenance and configuration so you can dedicate the majority of your time to driving the technical roadmap and introducing AI-driven innovations. * Data Quality and Reliability: Monitor and improve data consistency across systems. Identify issues early and implement sustainable, automated fixes. * Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues related to integrations, workflows, and custom apps, providing stable, long-term technical solutions. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and other teams to translate their daily friction points into custom technical improvements. WHO ARE YOU? * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field. * AI-Assisted Development: Proven ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to rapidly develop, debug, and deploy functional web applications. * Programming Skills: Foundational understanding of Python (and ideally basic web technologies like HTML/JS). You don't need to write complex full-stack applications from scratch, but you must be able to read code, understand logic, and effectively steer and debug agentic coding tools to build them. * Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering role with a heavy focus on internal tooling. * Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms such as n8n, Workato, Zapier or similar. * GTM Systems: Familiarity with the data models and APIs of GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Calendly, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, or equivalent platforms. * Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward building solutions rather than settling for workarounds. * Communication: Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage multiple product-building initiatives, and deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment.
