Warp Insurance Services is the in-house health insurance brokerage built inside Warp, the AI-native payroll, HRIS, and benefits
platform. We broker medical, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage directly for Warp's customers, no outside broker required.
We are hiring our first GTM Engineer. This is not a traditional account executive seat. You will build and run the WIS
go-to-market motion end to end: converting existing Warp payroll clients into WIS benefits clients, driving broker-of-record
transfers, standing up new sourcing channels through insurance brokers and CPAs, and owning delivery against an aggressive
covered-employee onboarding target.
You will carry a number, but you will also design the system that hits it. If you want to own a channel rather than inherit a

You will be the point of contact for companies looking to use Warp and are responsible for sourcing, conducting product demos, following up with them, and ensuring they receive the best resources to make an informed decision about using Warp. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring an Account Manager to own strategic customer relationships and drive measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of accounts. You'll ensure customers maximize value from our payroll and tax solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You'll serve as the trusted advisor to your customers, combining deep product expertise with business acumen to influence their success and drive retention. We are looking for someone who lives on X and LinkedIn, spots trends before everyone else, writes copy people actually stop to read, and knows how to turn company momentum into compelling storytelling. One minute you're announcing a product launch, the next you're turning a payroll regulation into a meme people want to share. You'll work directly with leadership, product, engineering, recruiting, and marketing teams to tell the story of what we're building. If you're chronically online, naturally funny, obsessed with internet culture, and know the difference between content that gets impressions and content that builds an “inevitable” brand, we'd love to meet you. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own strategy and execution across Warp's LinkedIn and X accounts. * Build and scale executive brands and voices across social channels. * Capture moments throughout the week and transform them into authentic founder content. * Grow Warp's social channels by XXXK+ followers over the next year while increasing meaningful engagement and reach. * Build and maintain an editorial calendar around product launches, company milestones, hiring, customer stories, and industry moments. * Track performance across channels, identify what's resonating, and use data to continually refine our content strategy. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Your friends think you are funny. * You are Twitter/X and LinkedIn native. You genuinely understand how each platform works and what makes content spread. * You are chronically online. You're early to trends, deeply familiar with internet culture, and probably communicate in memes more than you'd like to admit. * You can write exceptionally well. We'd trust you to write executive content without extensive editing. * You have strong design instincts and can create polished graphics, carousels, memes, and lightweight motion content.
