ABOUT THE JOB Flatpay is one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. Founded just over three years ago in Copenhagen, our mission is simple: to take the stress out of card payments for small and medium-sized businesses. Running a business is hard enough. But unpredictable transaction fees, confusing rate structures, and endless “extra costs” make it even harder. That’s why we built Flatpay — one flat rate across all cards, transparent pricing, no hidden surprises. Today, we’re more than 1,500 Flatpayers across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, France, and the UK — and now, we’re launching in the Netherlands! Role: Business Development Representative / Commercieel medewerker binnendienst Employment Type: Full-time Location: On-site, 5 days per week Salary: Guaranteed salary + uncapped commission: OTE - EUR 3.500 - 6.000 per month (earnings grow directly with your results!) WHAT YOU'LL DO * Conduct outbound cold calls to merchants to spark interest in Flatpay * Qualify leads and book on-site meetings for Sales Managers * Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM; log activities and outcomes meticulously * Iterate on outreach scripts and tactics based on results and coaching * Provide feedback on merchant responses, competitor insights and pitch success WHO YOU ARE Ambitious – You’re hungry for more than a 9–5.
