The Sr. Partner Sales Manager role involves driving sales alignment and GTM with system integrator (SI) partners. Your primary objective is to strengthen and expand the collaboration between Snowflake and these SIs to drive mutual business growth. In this role you will be working hand-in-hand with our team of Partner Development Managers that drive our strategic relationships with our top partners. As an SME of your territory and Key Industries, you will be responsible for developing, leading and executing the partner strategy. The success of these partnerships is demonstrated by driving growth with our joint customers, delivering key GTM programs, enabling partners to grow their capabilities and delivering customer success. Your success depends on your ability to drive compelling business strategies, GTM motions and relationships with partners. This is a quota-carrying position where your success is measured by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, adoption, and consumption of the Snowflake Data Cloud. Strong communication, experienced strategic alliance leadership, and problem-solving skills are vital to excel in this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Go-to-Market: Work closely with the sales team to identify strategic SI partners in territory and create comprehensive joint account plans and drive campaigns that expand the reach of Snowflake in our existing customers. With a strong understanding of the business requirements you’ll identify partner solutions, offerings and capabilities that help drive expansion and consumption of Snowflake. These may include Snowflake Data Cloud Product partners (ISVs, data providers). You will also meet and exceed goals including sales quota, consumption, and demand generating activities; this is a quota carrying position. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless partner & customer experience. Communicate the territory strategy, vision and priorities to partners. Articulate partner value propositions and share insights with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement. * Deal Support: Assist the system integrators in navigating the sales process, including education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle. * Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives with system integrators. Analyze sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends. Effectively communicate commercial outcomes and partner impact. * Delivery Success: Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with system integrators during pre-sales and post sales activities. Develop a relationship with PSO key leaders to ensure Use Cases and Go-Live Dates are met. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * A minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets * Previous direct sales experience (preferred) * Track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners * Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred. * Ability to manage regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress. * Strong executive presence and polish. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our SD organization partners with customers across every stage of their data and AI journey, from initial implementation through long-term platform strategy. In this role, you will own the technical delivery and outcome for complex, high-priority engagements, serve as the most senior technical voice in the room, and shape how our customers use Snowflake to drive real business transformation. AS A SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Customer Leadership and Advisory * Lead customer engagements as the primary technical authority, owning architecture decisions and driving measurable outcomes across complex, multi-workstream implementations * Partner with customer executives and senior technical leadership to define platform strategy, develop long-term roadmaps, and align Snowflake capabilities to business objectives * Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined, scalable technical solutions, with clear delivery paths and risk-mitigation strategies * Serve as the trusted escalation point for technical challenges within engagements, unblocking delivery teams and resolving architectural issues Technical Architecture and Delivery * Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake, setting standards for scalability, performance, security, and operability across the customer's environment * Define and champion MLOps practices within customer organizations, covering model deployment pipelines, monitoring, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management * Drive adoption of Snowflake's AI product suite (Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowflake Intelligence) through architecture leadership and hands-on delivery * Lead replatforming efforts for complex AI/ML workloads onto Snowflake, coordinating across customer engineering, data science, and platform teams Cross-Functional Influence * Act as a bridge between SD delivery, Go-to-Market, and Snowflake product teams, channeling customer feedback to influence product direction * Mentor and provide technical direction to junior architects and consultants within engagements * Contribute to the development of reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and delivery accelerators for the broader PD organization OUR IDEAL SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT WILL HAVE: * BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, data engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role * Demonstrated track record leading architecture decisions on large-scale, enterprise data and AI platforms * Deep hands-on experience implementing Snowflake in production environments, including data modeling, performance tuning, security design, and platform governance * Expert-level understanding of the full data analytics stack, from ETL and data pipelines to data platform architecture, BI tooling, and semantic layers * Strong grasp of the AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering through model training, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing governance * Proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to produce and review production-quality code as part of delivery leadership * Experience designing and implementing MLOps frameworks and model lifecycle management at enterprise scale * Proven ability to influence senior technical and executive stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: * Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language model (LLM) use cases in production * Experience building and scaling a Center of Excellence or establishing architectural standards across a large enterprise * Background in the services organization of a technology product company * AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Advanced certification(s) * Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification(s) * Deep industry vertical expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment) * Experience as a technical lead on multi-team or multi-vendor delivery programs WHY JOIN OUR SERVICES DELIVERY TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE? Sr. Solutions Architect - AI Natives Business

As a Solutions Architect on the AI native team supporting the Digital Natives business, you will shape the future of the big data landscape by working with the most sophisticated data engineering and data science teams in the world. Reporting to the Field Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with customers, product teams, and the broader customer-facing team to develop architectures and solutions using our platform and APIs. You will guide customers through the competitive landscape, best practices, and implementation, and develop technical champions along the way. The impact you will have: * You will partner with the sales team and provide technical leadership to help customers understand how Databricks can help solve their business problems. * Consult on Big Data architectures, implement proof of concepts for strategic projects, spanning data engineering, data science and machine learning, and SQL analysis workflows.
