Vind AI is looking for a dedicated Growth Marketing Manager to strengthen our execution capacity as we scale. This is an opportunity to work with a specialised SaaS product in a sector with increasing relevance, and to play a key role in how we drive awareness, demand and growth across Europe.
Vind AI was founded in Oslo in 2022, on a mission to reinvent the future of wind energy development and become the new industry standard for planning and developing wind power projects. Our company offers a web-based platform that brings together data, analysis and collaboration tools to support decision-making and reduce risk in the early stages of renewable energy projects.

Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. Marketing has clear strategic priorities for 2026, including growth focus in Europe, and raising awareness with media and SEO/AEO.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign execution and demand generation performance. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact.
This is the second marketing hire in the company. You will have real ownership from day one and grow quickly with the role. You will play an important role in making sure commercial KPI is shortening our sales cycle, strengthening structure, systems and execution across our marketing function.

Core Responsibilities • Manage a defined customer portfolio, including scaled or high value strategic accounts • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor for high-value customers • Own and resolve customer issues (onboarding, billing, contracts, access) via HubSpot, Jira, or similar tools • Drive product adoption and clearly communicate customer value and outcomes • Ability to deliver low-touch, digital-first customer engagement • Contribute to renewal readiness by ensuring customer questions, blockers, and risks are addressed well ahead of renewal cycles. • Partner with Sales, Product, Value Delivery, and Marketing on renewals, expansion, and customer feedback • Act as the ''Voice of the Customer'' to inform product and process improvements Required Qualifications • Demonstrated experience (ideally 3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within SaaS in a B2B environment. • Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts with a focus on value delivery and retention. • Data-driven mindset with experience using ticketing systems, CRM and Customer Success tools. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer lifecycle management. • Fluency (written and spoken) in English and at least in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Finnish Locations: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Finland Hybrid workplace (working onsite at the office and from home), balancing flexibility with collaboration.
