We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to strengthen both. The scope of the role is split between proactive Talent Acquisition and operational People responsibilities and may flex based on business priorities.
This is a high-impact execution role. You will actively drive sourcing for demanding and hard-to-fill roles while ensuring structured, compliant and efficient People Operations that support performance, scalability and our ability to deliver on our mission.
The role supports recruitment and People Operations across our European entities and EoR employees. You will report to the Chief People & Organizational Officer.

You will contribute to screening and candidate assessment when relevant, ensure disciplined use of our ATS and workflows, and continuously improve sourcing tools and efficiency.
We are particularly interested in candidates who truly enjoy outbound sourcing and are motivated by finding and engaging high-quality talent in competitive markets. You take pride in raising the bar on talent quality.
You will play a key role in ensuring structured, reliable and compliant People Operations across the organization. This includes maintaining accurate employment documentation, supporting employee relations matters and ensuring our HR systems and processes function effectively in daily operations.
You will coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to role changes, parental leave and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive experience at every stage.
You will provide operational HR support across the organization and contribute to continuous improvement of our People processes.
In addition, you will help maintain visibility into workforce data and engagement through pulse surveys, People KPIs and structured reporting, contributing to a strong company culture aligned with our Guiding Principles.

Oslo Taxi and TaxiFix are building the next phase of a digital mobility platform. We are looking for a curious and commercially minded Analytical Lead – Customer & Growth who wants to use data and customer insight to improve digital journeys, increase conversion and help create more completed trips. This is a new role in the Growth Platform Team. You will work closely with the Head of Growth Platform and colleagues across data, technology, operations, product and finance. You do not need to be a data engineer or specialist in every tool. What matters most is that you enjoy understanding customer behaviour, spotting opportunities and turning insight into practical improvements. About Oslo Taxi and TaxiFix Oslo Taxi is one of Norway’s leading mobility and passenger transport companies, with around 450 employees, 1,900 affiliated drivers and approximately 4 million trips each year. TaxiFix is central to Oslo Taxi’s future development. We are strengthening the platform, customer journey and commercial engine behind the service to make it easier for more customers to choose TaxiFix, complete their booking and return again. Growth for us is not only about attracting more customers. It is also about understanding how customer demand, fleet availability, driver economics, price, timing and operations work together to create more completed trips and profitable growth. The role As Analytical Lead – Customer & Growth, you will help make data useful in the day-to-day growth work around TaxiFix. You will analyse how customers use the app, where they drop off, what drives conversion and which initiatives are most likely to improve customer experience and commercial results. You will be part of the Growth Platform Team, which is now developing into a broader team for growth, customer platform, CRM, conversion, customer dialogue and commercial optimisation. You will also work closely with Team Data & AI, which develops the data, analytics and technology capabilities behind decision support, pricing and customer experience. Your role is to turn this insight into clear priorities, hypotheses, experiments and commercial action. What you will do You will: • Analyse customer journeys in TaxiFix, from app opening and search to booking, completed trips and repeat usage. • Identify patterns in customer behaviour, conversion, drop-off and loyalty. • Follow up relevant KPIs related to app usage, activation, conversion, completed trips and customer growth. • Build and improve dashboards, analyses and decision support for the Growth Platform Team. • Measure the impact of campaigns, CRM initiatives, customer communication and product improvements. • Help identify hypotheses and support experiments and A/B testing. • Explore how demand, availability, geography, timing and price affect completed trips. • Turn analysis into clear recommendations that colleagues can act on. • Work closely with colleagues in growth, data, product, technology, operations and finance. • Explore how customer demand, vehicle availability, geography, timing, price and operational capacity affect conversion, completed trips and commercial performance. Who we are looking for You may come from a role in growth analytics, digital analytics, customer insight, business intelligence or commercial analysis. Experience from apps, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, mobility, logistics or other transaction-driven businesses is relevant, but not required. You will likely recognise yourself in several of these: • You enjoy working with customer behaviour, digital journeys and commercial data. • You have experience with dashboards, KPI reporting or data visualisation. • You understand conversion, retention, customer journeys or digital performance. • You are comfortable using SQL and relevant analytics or BI tools. • You can explain insight clearly to people who do not work with data every day. • You enjoy working across teams and seeing analysis lead to real improvements. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel or CRM platforms is an advantage. Python or R is beneficial, but not a requirement. Why Oslo Taxi? This is an opportunity to join Oslo Taxi at an important time. You will take part in developing TaxiFix into a stronger customer platform and growth engine, while working closely with people who understand the operational reality behind every trip. Your work will not disappear into reports. It will help shape priorities, customer journeys and decisions that can create measurable impact. Practical information The position is based at Carl Berner in Oslo and requires regular presence in the office. Norwegian is not a requirement. Strong English communication skills are essential. Candidates must be based in Norway, or able to relocate before the start date. The recruitment process will include interviews with Hammer & Hanborg and Oslo Taxi. First-round interviews are planned for August 2026. About Wireless DNA Wireless DNA is Canada's largest exclusive Rogers dealer — 80+ retail locations, 9 international airports, 6 business divisions, and 350+ employees serving some of Canada's most diverse communities. Our airport division operates across Canada's busiest terminals including Toronto Pearson T1 and T3, Halifax, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Edmonton and Calgary. We have been building this company for 27 years and we are not slowing down. The Role The airport division has a distinct operating environment. High-turnover, high-stakes, multi-province, and fast-moving. You will build the airport talent pipeline from scratch, own employee relations across all nine locations, enforce compliance across Ontario, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Alberta, and the National Capital Region, and be the face of People & Culture in the airport division. You will travel to locations, build relationships with store managers and DTLs, and know every airport team well enough to spot a flight risk before they resign. You will report to the Director, HR and work in close partnership with the Airport District Manager and Airport Operations Manager. What You Will Own Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Employee Relations & Compliance Retention & People Experience * Source, screen, and interview candidates for all nine airport locations — managing postings across internal and external channels * Build proactive candidate pipelines by language, schedule, and cultural fit — do not wait for a vacancy to start sourcing * Target high-volume retail environments for sourcing: big box mobile, food service, footwear, door-to-door, and tech sales backgrounds * Coordinate onboarding logistics with the Mobile Trainer — ensure day-one readiness across all locations including security clearance tracking * Track headcount, open roles, and TA metrics across all nine locations — report to District Manager and Director HR weekly * Attend airport job fairs and campus events relevant to airport hiring profile * Manage the QR code pipeline — track and action the volume of daily applicants generated through in-airport branding * Own and enforce HR policies across all nine airport locations — escalate violations, issue formal documentation, and ensure compliance at the district level * Provide multi-province employment standards guidance — Ontario, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia, and the National Capital Region (federal jurisdiction) * Manage progressive discipline documentation — verbal warnings, written warnings, PIPs, and terminations in compliance with applicable provincial legislation * Support investigations and employee complaints — conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations with appropriate documentation * Partner with the Director HR on complex ER matters and legal risk escalation * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of provincial ESA, human rights, and occupational health and safety requirements relevant to airport retail operations * Ensure all airport locations are posting-compliant — mandatory workplace postings current and visible * Conduct regular employee check-ins and ESAT (Employee Satisfaction) surveys across all airport locations — identify flight risks early and flag to district management * Partner with store managers and DTLs on performance conversations — coach managers on how to have effective development discussions * Own the 30-60-90 day new hire check-in process for all airport hires — catch early attrition signals before they become departures * Track sales performance data for every airport hire — connect hiring quality to retention and performance outcomes * Be present at airport locations regularly — travel is a core part of this role, not an exception * Act as a brand ambassador for Wireless DNA in the airport division — how you present and carry yourself sets the standard for the team Travel Requirement Travel is a core and non-negotiable part of this role. You will be expected to visit airport locations regularly — both in the GTA (T1 and T3 Pearson) and across Canada (Halifax, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver) as needed. Frequency will depend on business needs but you should expect to travel outside Toronto at least once per month. All travel is covered by the company. If you are not comfortable with regular travel, this is not the right role. Who You Are You have done this before — not just talked about it. You have hired for high-volume, high-turnover frontline roles and you know that sourcing the right candidate for an airport retail environment is genuinely different from standard retail. You have handled employee relations files — issued discipline, supported investigations, had difficult conversations — and you did not flinch. You are comfortable operating independently across multiple locations with minimal supervision. You plan your own week, you manage your own priorities, and you escalate the right things to the right people without being told to. You understand that provincial employment legislation is not a nice-to-know — it is a daily operational requirement when you are managing employees in six provinces simultaneously. You do not need to be a lawyer, but you need to know enough to act correctly and know when to ask. You are energetic, warm, and credible. Airport store managers will test you. District leadership will expect results. You need to earn the trust of both — through presence, follow-through, and genuine care for the people you support. What You Bring Must have: * 4- 5 years of HR, recruitment, or people operations experience — high-volume or multi-location retail environment strongly preferred * Demonstrated experience in employee relations — you have issued discipline documentation, supported investigations, and navigated terminations * Working knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act — familiarity with at least two additional provincial jurisdictions is a strong asset (Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Alberta, BC, or federal) * Full-cycle recruitment experience — you have sourced, screened, and closed frontline roles independently, not just supported someone else's process * Comfort with multi-location management — you can hold nine locations in your head simultaneously without dropping anything * Clear, direct communicator — you are comfortable delivering difficult feedback and handling sensitive employee matters professionally * Genuine openness to regular travel across Canada — this is a core requirement, not an occasional ask * Proficiency with Dayforce or equivalent ATS/HRIS platform * Ability to commute to Yonge and Sheppard, Toronto — 5 days on-site when not travelling Nice to have: * Experience in an airport, transportation hub, or 24-hour retail environment — you understand the operational pace and candidate profile * Bilingual or multilingual — Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, French, or Arabic are particularly relevant to our airport store communities * CHRP designation completed or in progress * Experience with federal jurisdiction employment law (Canada Labour Code) — relevant for National Capital Region location * Knowledge of security clearance processes for airport environments * Experience using AI tools in HR or TA workflows — sourcing automation, communication templates, data analysis What We Offer * Salary $65,000 – $70,000 based on experience * Comprehensive benefits through Canada Life after 3-month probationary period — extended health, dental, life insurance, and long-term disability * 50% discount on personal Rogers or Fido wireless plan * Corporate GoodLife Fitness membership * 3 weeks vacation plus 2 personal days and 4 sick days * All business travel fully covered — flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and meals Wireless DNA is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.

YOUR MISSION As a Talent & People Partner, you’ll join our Talent Acquisition & People team during a key growth phase. Your focus will initially be on end-to-end hiring across both Business and Tech roles, helping us scale teams thoughtfully while keeping the bar high on quality of hire and candidate experience. Working alongside Karo and Melissa, our two other Talent Partners, you’ll take direct ownership of roles and hiring processes, from aligning with hiring managers on the right profiles, to building strong pipelines, to running structured interview processes and guiding teams toward clear, timely decisions. At the same time, this role goes beyond recruiting. We’re looking for someone who is excited to contribute across a broader People scope as well — from HR data and reporting to tooling and process optimisation, as well as people experience topics such as onboarding and onsite planning. As hiring needs evolve over time, this role will gradually take on more ownership across People Operations and analytics-related initiatives. We’re looking for someone who will be hands-on in the day-to-day while also improving how we hire and how we operate as we scale, making sure our processes are efficient, consistent, data-informed, and focused on creating a strong experience for both candidates and employees. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Lead 360° hiring across Business and Tech: Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple seniority levels, from role kick-off and profile definition with hiring managers, through screening and interviews, to offer management and negotiation. * Build and run effective sourcing strategies: Develop and execute sourcing approaches across channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Google to attract and engage talent across Operations, Commercial, Compliance, Product, and Tech. * Manage candidate relationships and process end-to-end: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, engage people with thoughtful outreach, and ensure a clear, respectful, and well-run experience throughout every stage. * Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams: Translate team needs into strong hiring plans, keep stakeholders aligned, and help drive structured, timely decision-making. * Support People Operations and analytics topics: Take ownership of recurring HR reporting and KPI tracking, support initiatives such as performance review reporting, and help prepare monthly or quarterly people data insights. * Improve processes and tooling: Help optimise and automate workflows across tools such as Ashby and Personio, improving efficiency, consistency, and the quality of our people processes. * Contribute to people experience initiatives: Support and gradually take on ownership of topics such as onboarding, events, and onsite planning, helping create a smooth and thoughtful employee experience. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF: * You are a business and tech recruiter, living and breathing FinTech. You have gained relevant experience hiring across different functions. Our mission resonates with you, and you are keen to gain a deeper understanding of the brokerage industry. * You understand what hiring in a fast-paced start-up is like. You have a track record of hiring specialist roles with limited resources. You move quickly without lowering the bar: you bring a sense of urgency, a bias for action, and the judgment to remove bottlenecks, keep stakeholders aligned, and maintain momentum. * You are a great sourcer and love people, data, and processes. You are well versed in multiple sourcing techniques and see the signs that others can’t pick up, helping us find our future talented lemoneers. * You bring experience beyond recruiting. You have worked on People Operations, tooling, analytics, HR data, reporting, process optimisation, or related people topics in the past, and you are excited by the opportunity to grow further in this direction. * You are analytical and data-driven. You care about more than just making a great hire, and can balance long-term goals with short-term wins — ensuring sustainable hiring and people processes, backed by data and sound judgment. * You have a collaborative mindset and cope well with frequent change and ambiguity. Working together as a team and sharing knowledge comes naturally to you, and you are able to think logically, break down complex problems, and prioritise across multiple topics on your desk. * You are fluent in English; other languages are always welcome. Being confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders is key to ensuring we provide a top-tier process and employee experience. HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. * 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more per month on-site in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. * 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously! You’ll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations as well as an annual learning budget. * 🌱 People & culture: You’ll feel our culture in the small things, like polaroids from our lemoneers’ first day, Friday food market strolls at Maybachufer, and our monthly new-joiner breakfast. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. * 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. * 🏝 Workation: Get out of here! At lemon.markets you can work remotely from anywhere in the EU for up to 10 consecutive days at a time, and up to 60 days per year in total. As an equal opportunity employer, lemon.markets is committed to building an inclusive workplace. The company welcomes people from all different backgrounds, including age, citizenship, ethnic and racial origins, gender identities, individuals with disabilities, marital status, religions and ideologies, and sexual orientations to apply. If you feel this role could be a great match for you even if you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you, please apply. You have any questions?
