DEINE AUFGABEN Als Teilnehmender von unserem Job Stipendium durchläufst Du eine Weiterbildung zum Microsoft Experten.   Wir begleiten Dich über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr neben Deiner Festanstellung bei einem teilnehmenden Unternehmen. In Online- und in Präsenztrainings (Osnabrück) erarbeitest Du Dir die Konzeption und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller und praxisorientierter Projekte. Det här är en roll för dig som vill kombinera djup RPA-kompetens med verkligt inflytande över kvalitet, struktur och långsiktig förvaltning. ArbetsuppgifterDu analyserar befintliga UiPath-automatiseringar och planerar hur de bäst byggs om i Power Automate Desktop och Cloud flows. Du migrerar 6–20 automatiseringar av komplex karaktär och säkerställer fungerande integrationer mot Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ekonomi, HR, ärendehantering samt webbportaler. Du bygger robusta flöden med genomtänkt felhantering, retry-logik och orchestration. Du testar och verifierar varje migrerat flöde mot beteendet i den ursprungliga UiPath-lösningen. Du tar fram teknisk dokumentation för varje flöde, inklusive syfte, beroenden, felscenarier och driftsättningsinstruktioner. Du rekommenderar environment-struktur, namnkonventioner samt upplägg för ägarskap och konfigurationsåtkomst i Power Platform-miljön. Du överlämnar lösningarna på ett sätt som gör det möjligt för en teknisk förvaltare eller tredje part att ta vid. Du sammanfattar migreringsresultat, kvarstående risker och rekommendationer i en avslutande statusrapport. KravDu behärskar svenska i dialog med verksamheten. Du har minst 3 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av Power Automate Desktop och Cloud flows. Du kan uppvisa minst ett slutfört uppdrag där automatiseringar har migrerats eller byggts om från en annan RPA-plattform, exempelvis UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere eller likvärdigt. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av felhantering, retry-logik och orchestration i komplexa Power Automate-flöden. Du har god förståelse för UiPath-arkitektur, inklusive Orchestrator, Studio samt attended och unattended, så att du självständigt kan analysera och tolka befintliga automatiseringar. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att automatisera mot Microsoft 365 och SharePoint via Power Automate. Du har erfarenhet av webb- och portalautomatisering via Power Automate Desktop. Du har erfarenhet av automatisering mot minst ett verksamhetssystem inom ekonomi, HR eller ärendehantering. Du kan för varje migrerat flöde leverera teknisk dokumentation med syfte, beroenden, felscenarier och driftsättningsinstruktion. Du genomför strukturerad testning och verifiering av varje migrerat flöde mot beteendet i den ursprungliga UiPath-automatiseringen. MeriterandeErfarenhet från uppdrag inom kommunal eller annan offentlig verksamhet. Erfarenhet av integrationer mellan Power Automate och Agresso/Unit4, Heroma, Platina, W3D3 eller likvärdiga system. Microsoft-certifiering inom Power Platform, exempelvis PL-500, eller likvärdig certifiering. Erfarenhet av Power Platform i bredare bemärkelse, exempelvis Power Apps och Dataverse. OPPORTUNITY The Senior Applications Developer and Data Specialist will join Brunswick’s ICT team within the Business Applications function, reporting to the Group Head of Business Applications. The role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and continued development of Brunswick’s core non-AI business systems, while supporting all data and automation initiatives within the ICT department. ABOUT THE ROLE We are a key service provider to the business and deliver Internal ICT services to Brunswick colleagues across 27 offices around the world.  Our ICT department is made up of several core teams, Service, Infrastructure, Applications and our Programme management office.  Working in close collaboration with the ICT Security team, our Security team integrates seamlessly into our processes and security-oriented projects. You will be responsible for the development, integration, and ongoing support of Brunswick’s business‑critical applications and data platforms, working closely with stakeholders in business teams such as Finance, Business Intelligence, Marketing, HR and with all internal ICT teams:- Infrastructure, Information Security, Projects and Service delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Develop, support, and maintain core business applications, including Dynamics 365 (Finance, CRM, Marketing), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Microsoft Forms. Collaboration platforms such as Egnyte and SharePoint; and the data warehouse / data lake. * Manage API implementations, integrations, and automation workflows. * Develop and support internal ICT data and reporting mechanisms, engaging with all ICT teams to identify and execute automation initiatives * Support Power BI reporting and data warehouse solutions. * Embed and maintain secure development practices and support all ISO audit activities, ensuring that all application work aligns with Brunswick’s information security standards and governance framework * Reduce dependency on external contractors through in‑house delivery. * Contribute to application and data architecture decisions and longer-term platform roadmaps (non-AI systems) * Environment management for applications. * Act as a technical lead in vendor discussions, roadmap reviews, and third-party application assessments. * Take a lead role in defining data quality standards, validation processes, and ownership models across systems. * Oversight of DevOps and release management * Proactively engage business teams to identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and process optimization.
