Inato is a Tech for Good company striving to bring clinical research to each and every patient, regardless of who they are or
where they live. To do this, we are building the world's first clinical trial platform to create greater visibility, access, and
engagement across a more diverse population of doctors and their patients.
Drug development is a challenging, intellectually complex, and rewarding endeavor: we enable global pharmaceutical companies to
confidently partner with community-based researchers to increase patient access to the latest medical innovations. Our AI-powered
platform currently offers clinical trials from leading companies to over 5,500 sites across the globe and we are well poised for
growth in 2026.
We are a growing team of passionate pharmaceutical experts, software and AI engineers, professional services members, and many
more—all bringing their unique perspectives to solve the challenges facing clinical research.
Inato is the recent recipient of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024, Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15, and Built In's
Best Places to Work 2025.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer, Product to own how data moves from Inato's platform into the hands of the people who
depend on it — our product squads, CS and Marketing teams, sponsors, and sites. You'll enable trusted self-service at scale, prove
the value of our new product offerings faster, and ship data products directly into the user experience.
You'll report to Alexandre Halley (Data Director) and partner daily with Product squads (PMs, engineers, designers), with regular
touchpoints into CS, Marketing, and Sponsor / Site Ops.
Our stack includes Segment, Airbyte, Dagster, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, FullStory, and more.
What you'll own
govern what gets exposed so non-data teams can answer their own questions confidently.

keep pace as new offerings multiply and Inato grows. The data team is pioneering AI-enablement internally, and this role is at
the front of that.
What success looks like
self-service, and new metric definitions are live. You've automated at least one internal process using AI.

Nice-to-have
Working style
You're impact-driven and pragmatic — you instinctively reach for the shortest path to the user's need. You're systematic: you'd
rather improve the system than re-fix the same symptom. You're satisfied shipping the 80% solution at 20% of the effort, then
iterating on it. You're equally comfortable in a stakeholder conversation, a dbt PR, and a quick prototype.
You'll thrive here if your career arc looks something like: started as an analyst or PM, moved up the stack toward analytics
engineering or data product, have lived in start-ups or scale-ups where you owned a meaningful slice of the data value chain
end-to-end, and have shipped complex projects with measurable end-user value.
Location and Compensation
Why this role, why now
Inato is in a phase of rapid growth driven by new product offerings, and the data team is one of the functions directly
responsible for proving and scaling that value. You'll have a direct line to the VP Product, real ownership from day one, and a
small senior team around you. Inato is leaning hard into AI-enablement, and the data team is pioneering it internally — there's a
clear path to Lead or Staff Analytics engineer, or Data Product Manager within 2–3 years as our data-as-a-product surface grows.

THE ROLE As our Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will own the maintainability and scalability of the infrastructure that powers Inato's platform. Reporting to Bastien, our CTO, you will split your time between projects that strengthen our infrastructure and run work that keeps it healthy. Until now, infrastructure work has been a shared responsibility between all members of the tech department. Now that we have multiples teams, more complex services, and a rapidly growing volume of patient data and system integrations, we believe it's time for a dedicated position. This is a high-ownership, senior individual-contributor role: you will inherit a functioning system, and be responsible for bringing it to the next level. Re-architect how we handle logs so everything flows into a single dedicated sink project, giving the team one reliable place to observe and debug across environments. * Bring our cloud costs under control. Build cost visibility and guardrails into our GCP footprint, surfacing waste, setting budgets and alerting, and making cost a first-class signal in how we run infrastructure. TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT * Cloud: GCP, GKE, Cloud Run * Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform * CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions * Observability: OpenTelemetry, Axiom See more on stackshare LOCATION & COMPENSATION * France-based, remote-first. What do we do? Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. The Role: We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to drive significant business impact by shaping our data infrastructure, developing robust data models, and promoting best practices in analytics engineering (e.g., data quality, documentation, and scalable data architectures). You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team in order to ensure that funnels are being tracked and surfaced in our data models and that Marketing campaigns can be evaluated using accurate data. What you'll do: * Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers in Omni that power Marketing performance reviews, campaign reporting, attribution analysis, funnel health monitoring, and investment decision-making. * Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems, including source tracking, campaign metadata, funnel stage completeness, attribution coverage, and spend data. * Add comprehensive metadata to datasets, including documentation, lineage, ownership, definitions, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking. * Partner with Marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into robust data products, dashboards, analyses, and decision-ready insights. * Enable Marketing teams to confidently use Omni and core GTM datasets through documentation, training, office hours, and self-serve resources. * Activate data from Snowflake into operational tools where needed, supporting audience segmentation, lifecycle programmes, campaign optimisation, or GTM workflows. We'd love to hear from you: * Extensive experience in analytics engineering or related data roles, with demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL, dbt, and Snowflake. * Proficient in using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Snowsight) to deliver clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. * Skilled in performing data ingestion and activation using no-code tools (e.g. Fivetran, Stitch), ensuring efficient data integration into operational systems. * Knowledgeable in managing metadata, documentation, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking effectively. * Effective at collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, understanding their data needs, and delivering impactful solutions. * Experienced in conducting training sessions and providing informal mentorship to junior analytics team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. * Familiar with Marketing and GTM data concepts such as campaign tracking, attribution, funnel stages, lead/account lifecycle, pipeline generation, paid media, web analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation data. * Experienced with common GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, ad platforms, enrichment tools, or similar. The exact stack is less important than the ability to understand how GTM data is created, transformed, and used. * Comfortable working across Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Data to align definitions, reporting logic, and ownership.
