ENGINEERING TEAM At Zefir, our Engineering Team is the driving force behind our mission to accelerate life changes. Growing rapidly from 9 to 30+ engineers, we don’t just write code—we solve meaningful problems for our customers. From ideation to launch and beyond, engineers at Zefir take full ownership of their work, ensuring that every feature delivers the expected impact. We leverage LLM-based development workflows and shared best practices to automate repetitive tasks, allowing us to keep our codebase lean, scalable, and built for speed. RESPONSIBILITIES/MISSION * Develop and deploy robust, high-performance APIs using Node.js (TypeScript), Nest.js, and GraphQL. * Build intuitive frontend applications with React.js and Next.js, delivering outstanding user experiences. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (Operations, Growth, Brand) to prioritize features and deliver key objectives. * Own the full lifecycle of features from ideation and design through implementation, deployment, and performance monitoring. * Write clean, maintainable, thoroughly-tested code to ensure fast deployments and continuous improvement. * Implement comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure reliability and reduce code review cycles. * Proactively contribute to strategic decisions about the future direction of our web applications and infrastructure. * Leverage LLM-based libraries and implement key AI-driven functionalities (RAG, memory, agentic workflows) using stacks like Pinecone and Langchain. QUALIFICATION * Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to turn ambitious ideas into practical solutions. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly evaluate and recommend effective technological solutions. * Highly collaborative, open-minded, and comfortable working closely with diverse teams. * Ambitious, performance-oriented, and maintains a positive attitude. * Fluent in English for clear and effective communication. PRODUCT TEAM We’re building the first fully AI-based real estate experience in Europe, from the first search to the final signature. Our goal is simple: help users buy and sell on autopilot, by combining smart automation with human expertise. We focus on high-impact, high-friction moments in the journey (pricing, visits, offers etc.), and design AI agents that act before users even have to ask. Beyond helping buyers and sellers, we also build powerful tools that enhance our partner agents’ daily work, from smarter visit scheduling to automated ad creation. Our approach is pragmatic, data-driven, and built to deliver real outcomes, not just features. RESPONSIBILITIES/MISSION As a Product Designer, you'll shape the experience for our core users. You'll design the foundations of the platform: from seamless onboarding and conversion flows to smart systems and intuitive tools that make their daily work more efficient. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, craft, and iteration, turning complex problems into simple, yet efficient solutions that drive real impact. * Leading end-to-end design processes: from user research and discovery, through ideation and prototyping, to delivery and iteration. * Designing thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI: crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, ensuring scalable and visually coherent designs ready for development. We’re looking for hands-on builders, people who love to prototype, test, and get things done rather than wait for perfect conditions. * Measuring impact and iterating continuously: defining and tracking success metrics using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, and NPS to continuously refine your designs based on data-driven insights. * Collaborating cross-functionally: closely working with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and stakeholders, ensuring design feasibility and seamless implementation. * Contributing to the Design System and design culture: maintaining and expanding our design system, creating reusable components, and actively participating in team rituals such as reviews and retrospectives. * Bridging tech, business, and product strategy: balancing engineering constraints with business outcomes, making design decisions aligned with strategic company goals. QUALIFICATION This role is perfect for you if you: * Have 3–8 years of experience in product design. You’ve built and shipped impactful products, either by growing fast in a top-tier environment or by making your mark in a high-growth startup. Experience in tech-driven or marketplace products, where design meets business impact, is a strong plus. * Have exceptional product sense. You think from first principles, identify leverage points, and turn complex problems into intuitive experiences that move the needle. * Bring strong technical curiosity. You understand system trade-offs, collaborate seamlessly with engineers, and explore how AI can elevate your design craft. * Have already designed AI-powered experiences, or show a strong, hands-on interest in how AI is reshaping product design. * Rely on a quantitative and iterative mindset. You care about outcomes, use data to inform design decisions, and refine through fast feedback loops. * Excel at collaboration and communication. You bring clarity, empathy, and alignment across teams through thoughtful design and storytelling. * Operate with autonomy and initiative.
