The position is open for gap year or end-of-study interns starting from June 2026, for a six-month internship. It is not open to
MBA students.
CEO Founder Associates support the CEO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving
alignment on strategy, building new processes internally and externally and building new products. This role offers a unique
opportunity to work on a diverse range of strategic projects in a dynamic, innovative environment, gaining invaluable experience
across multiple facets of the business.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.

THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Founder's Associate to work directly with the company's CEO, providing critical support across a variety of projects and functions. As a Founder's Associate, you'll help optimize the CEO's time and resources, working on tasks that span across operations, product development, fundraising, marketing, and strategy. This is a hands-on CEO Right-Hand role where you'll blend ownership with execution. You'll work closely with the CEO to support our growing company, strengthen our processes, and make Bitstack a stellar company. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and impact across all aspects of a fast-growing startup. This is a 6-month full-time internship starting in September 2026, based in Paris with a flexible hybrid setup. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, so regular time in the office will be important for collaboration and learning. The internship will be carried out under a French convention de stage. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to drive key cross-functional initiatives and ensure organizational alignment. * Prepare and manage recurring investor and board reports (financial metrics, KPIs, product updates, and hiring progress). * Maintain and update the investor CRM; ensure timely communication and follow-ups. * Support preparation and coordination of board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites. * Lead or support cross-departmental projects that enhance growth, operations, or internal processes. * Collaborate with Finance and Operations on performance tracking, budgeting, and headcount reporting. * Build and optimize internal systems for OKR tracking and operational visibility. * Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. * Partner with Marketing and Product teams to help execute growth and user engagement initiatives. * Manage project timelines, documentation, and follow-ups for strategic and operational priorities. As the leader of that team, your job is to build a team people are proud to be part of, where every Founder Associate grows quickly and contributes meaningfully to Joko’s most important priorities. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO You'll be the CEO's strategic partner at a specific, rare moment in a company's life: a profitable scale-up entering its international chapter, expanding new business lines, doubling in headcount over the next 18 months, and investing heavily in AI — with a mature leadership team, a culture worth protecting, and a team that demands excellence. You'll report directly to Xavier (CEO), partner closely with co-founders Nicolas (CRO) and Alexandre (CTO), and serve as secretary of the Steering Committee, which is composed of the founders, the CMO, the COO, the VP People, and the Head of Online — putting you at the heart of every strategic decision the company makes. The Chief of Staff role is built around the CEO, and the CEO Office is in turn built around the Chief of Staff — together, the team exists to act as an extension of the CEO.
