About AQEMIA
AQEMIA is a drug invention company dedicated to creating entirely new medicines to address major unmet medical needs. At the core of our mission is QEMI, our proprietary molecule-invention platform, which uniquely combines cutting-edge science with advanced technology. Powered by physics-based modeling, statistical mechanics, and generative AI, QEMI allows our teams to design novel drug candidates from first principles.
What makes AQEMIA different is our commitment to true innovation: our research is dedicated to the invention of new molecular entities, not the refinement of existing ones. We focus on inventing never-before-seen molecules, without relying on experimental data, and advancing them into a growing pipeline of proprietary programs and strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies.
Our most advanced preclinical programs are currently in vivo optimization, targeting diseases still waiting for effective treatments, offering our teams the opportunity to work on science that can make a real difference in people’s lives.

About our Team
AQEMIA brings together a diverse, multidisciplinary team of 80+ professionals based in Paris and London. Our scientists and engineers, including chemists, physicists, machine learning experts, and software engineers, work side by side to push the boundaries of early-stage drug discovery.
This close collaboration across disciplines is central to our approach, enabling us to tackle complex scientific challenges from first principles and translate cutting-edge ideas into novel therapeutic candidates. At AQEMIA, team members are encouraged to contribute their expertise, learn from one another, and play an active role in shaping the future of drug invention.
About our Engineering Department
The Engineering team (~12 people) builds and scales the technical foundations that power Aqemia’s drug discovery engine.
Bringing together expertise across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), and scientific computing, the team designs and operates robust, secure, and high-performance platforms that enable Aqemia’s scientific and AI teams to experiment, train, deploy, and run models at scale.
Their work spans data infrastructure, scientific compute systems, cloud operations, orchestration, observability, CI/CD, developer tooling, and platform scalability. By transforming cutting-edge research into reliable and scalable systems, the team accelerates the discovery of new medicines while ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding developer experience.

Outsight’s software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data. Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction. Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, Sophia-Antipolis (Nice) & Hong Kong. To support our global outreach, we also operate a commercial office in Spain. You can find below an interesting link about who we are and what we do : Insights about Outsight Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world’s leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience. We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports. Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW. Our Hybrid SaaS platform, SHIFT, turns raw data from Lidars and Edge AI appliances into actionable real-time insights—from optimizing passenger flow at international airports to ensuring safety in industrial zones. We operate a complex infrastructure spanning on-premise Edge devices, cloud backends, and end-user interfaces. The mission: Own the Platform Strategy We have built the industry's most powerful Spatial Intelligence application. Now, we are undertaking our most ambitious evolution yet: transforming our software into an Open, Autonomous Platform. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Pillar 3 of our roadmap: Scalable & Composable Experiences. You will look beyond the tactical wins of today to architect the ecosystem of tomorrow (Q3 2026 and beyond). Your mission is to decouple our technology into modular building blocks (APIs, SDKs) and automate the operations of our distributed Edge-to-Cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities Empower Outsight teams, partners and large clients to build their own custom applications using Outsight "bricks" directly inside their environments, without needing our engineering team. Enable customers to stream clean spatial data directly into their own BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.) or feed it into AI Agents/LLMs. You will define the roadmap for "Headless" deployments, where the value is purely in the API data stream. Zero-Touch Operations: Operation scalability: Enable the operations team to manage 10x the number of sites with the same headcount. Unified Fleet Management: A single control plane to monitor the health of the entire pipeline (Sensor status → Edge processing load → Cloud connectivity). Self-Healing Infrastructure: Automated detection and resolution of issues (e.g., auto-restarting Edge services, “OTA” firmware updates for appliances, automated re-calibration of sensors). Deep Observability: Build the framework for accurate and actionable metrics about our system health, status, and security. You will ensure we have a real-time pulse on everything from sensor temperature and edge CPU load to cloud API latency. What are the requirements for the role? Must-Haves: 5+ years in Product Management, with a specific focus on B2B SaaS Platforms or IoT/Edge Computing. Hybrid Infrastructure Fluency: You have managed products that involve both Hardware/Edge devices and Cloud software. You understand the challenges of distributed fleets (connectivity, bandwidth and latency constraints). API & Developer Experience: You have experience defining API strategies (REST/gRPC) and SDKs. You know how to build a product for developers as the end-user. Platform Thinking: You can demonstrate experience where you shifted a product from a monolithic app to a modular platform. Strategic Vision: Ability to define a 12-18 month roadmap that balances technical debt, architectural evolution, and commercial value. Nice-to-Haves: Background in DevOps/Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Fleet Management tools (e.g., Balena, AWS Greengrass) is a huge plus. Spatial Tech Experience: Familiarity with Lidar, Digital Twins, GIS, or Computer Vision. Enterprise Security: Experience implementing RBAC, SSO, or Zero Trust architectures for large enterprise clients. Why join us? Complexity & Scale: You will solve unique challenges at the intersection of Hardware, Edge Computing, and Cloud SaaS. Autonomy: This is a distinct "Pillar" of our product. You will have significant ownership over the direction of the Platform strategy. Impact: You are joining at the pivotal moment where we scale from "Product" to "Platform"—the most exciting phase for any B2B tech company. Be part of the team pioneering Spatial Intelligence solutions at unprecedented scale—the breakthrough technology transforming how the world’s most prestigious airports, infrastructure operators, and smart cities understand and optimize physical flows. --- As a 7-time Gartner-recognized category-defining leader with dozens of global awards including “Edge AI Product of the Year,” “LiDAR Leader Award,” “CES Best of Innovation” and many more, we’re backed by 37 patents and deployments with the most prestigious (and challenging) customers across four continents. Join our international team of world-class experienced engineers and business leaders solving humanity’s most complex spatial challenges, from passenger flow optimization to autonomous robotics coordination, while working at the cutting edge of 3D AI, LiDAR perception, and real-time analytics.
