The Legal team is at the heart of Joko’s growth and protection. We navigate the complexities of contracts, regulations, and risk
management to ensure the company operates smoothly and seizes opportunities with confidence.
We handle all legal matters: Contracts, Corporate, Labor, Data protection, IP etc… enabling other teams to innovate with
confidence.
Leveraging our expertise and external partners, we collaborate with all functions to protect Joko’s interests efficiently and
proactively.
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for a polyvalent, multi-skilled, and highly challenging scope of work. You will report

As a Legal Counsel, your role will be to provide support to our marketplace, bus and train business teams on multiple legal practice areas such as platform regulation, e-commerce, consumer protection and commercial contracts.
