Rattaché(e) au Senior Product Counsel au sein du pôle Product Compliance, vous participerez au lancement, en France et à l’international, de nouveaux services d’e-santé, intégrant de l’intelligence artificielle, en garantissant leur conformité juridique. Vous serez associé(e) à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie produits de Doctolib au sein d’équipes pluri-disciplinaires. Vous traiterez des problématiques juridiques complexes et variées, dans un contexte très opérationnel, en collaboration avec une quarantaine de juristes d’autres spécialités basés dans quatre pays. VOS MISSIONS  Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à : * Accompagner le lancement de nouveaux services à destination des patients et des acteurs de santé en France, en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas et en Italie, et garantir, de manière plus générale, la conformité juridique de notre offre existante de services e-santé pour les professionnels et les patients ; * Anticiper et évaluer les risques juridiques liés à l'activité de plateforme en ligne de Doctolib et à la digitalisation du secteur de la santé, en particulier en termes de responsabilités et de protection des données ; * Analyser l'impact des évolutions réglementaires sur les produits existants de Doctolib ;  * Assister les juristes référents des équipes métiers Produit, dans leur rôle de conseil auprès de ces équipes, à chaque étape du cycle de vie d'un produit, de sa conception à son développement et collaborer sur les sujets transverses avec vos pairs au sein de notre équipe juridique internationale, comme avec d’autres métiers au sein de l’entreprise ;  * Participer à la construction de notre documentation référentielle pour la conformité juridique de nos produits et services ; et à la rédaction de la documentation contractuelle régissant nos services ; * Assurer la veille législative et jurisprudentielle en droit des nouvelles technologies et IA appliquées en santé en Europe. RESPONSIBILITIES * Records of processing and DPIAs: help maintain compliance documentation and the records of processing activities, and support data protection impact assessments. * Substantive work: work on all various data related topics across the verticals of gaming and social media (new features, AB tests, etc.). * Regulatory monitoring: track developments in GDPR and US data protection laws (CCPA, COPPA...). * Documentation: draft and update privacy policies, notices, and internal training materials. * Data subject rights: handle requests to exercise rights (access, erasure, objection). * Regulator relations: support communications with the CNIL and the EDPB, and follow up on ongoing matters. * Digital regulation: games and platforms. We are looking for a Legal Intern who will play a central role in strengthening our legal operations and knowledge management, including the concrete integration of AI tools in the Legal Department. 📝 YOUR ROLE In a nutshell: For a 4–6 month internship starting in September, you will join the Legal team to help structure day-to-day legal operations, support contract work, and produce clear, practical materials that enable internal teams to move fast while staying compliant.
