The Legal Department supports the business across negotiation, contract management, privacy, regulatory monitoring, and internal governance, with a strong focus on pragmatic, operational legal support. We are looking for a Legal Intern who will play a central role in strengthening our legal operations and knowledge management, including the concrete integration of AI tools in the Legal Department. 📝 YOUR ROLE In a nutshell: For a 4–6 month internship starting in September, you will join the Legal team to help structure day-to-day legal operations, support contract work, and produce clear, practical materials that enable internal teams to move fast while staying compliant. Your impact: streamline legal support workflows, improve documentation reliability, and make key legal topics easier to understand across the company (contracts, privacy, compliance). What you’ll do day-to-day: 1. Legal Operations & Knowledge Management (core mission) You will help structure and improve the Legal Department’s ways of working and interacting with the other teams, including: * Identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases for legal ops and contract work, with a strong focus on responsible and secure usage, such as improving operational workflows (request triage…). * Contributing to legal knowledge management to explain key concepts and help the other teams meeting their objectives (training materials, user-friendly guides…). 2. Contracts * Reviewing contracts (customers, partners, vendors), including data protection and intellectual property clauses. * Helping improve contract templates and adoption. * Contributing to maintain the contract register. 3. Data protection (GDPR) * Helping collect and analyze information on new processing activities and new vendors. * Contributing to maintaining the Record of Processing Activities, the list of sub-processors and privacy documentation. 4. VOS MISSIONS Notre équipe Finance SSC (Shared Service Center) réinvente la comptabilité chez Doctolib. Nous sommes en avance sur le marché — et nous assumons cette ambition. Nous recherchons un(e) General Accountant Lead & Analyst pour rejoindre l'équipe General Ledger (GL). Ce rôle est bien plus qu'un poste de comptable senior : vous couvrirez l'intégralité des flux d'activités courantes (cycles fournisseurs, clients, immobilisations), avec un fort degré de reporting transverse en clôture, tout en portant un œil critique de contrôle de gestion sur les opérations. Vous serez à la fois garant(e) de la qualité des comptes, pilote de la transformation IA de l'équipe et business partner pour les directions Finance et opérationnelles. Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à : * Piloter l'ensemble des cycles comptables courants (fournisseurs, clients, immobilisations, charges) et garantir leur fiabilité à l'échelle du groupe, en intégrant systématiquement une revue analytique de type contrôle de gestion (Réel vs Budget/N-1, détection d'anomalies, anticipation des impacts P&L) * Orchestrer les processus de clôture de bout en bout dans une posture de « tour de contrôle » : coordination inter-équipes, reporting transverse, allocation analytique des coûts, contrôle interne et documentation SOX intégrés au quotidien * Identifier et piloter des projets de transformation digitale et IA (agents Dust, solutions R2R, RPA) et construire des livrables autoportés (dashboards self-service, KPIs dynamiques) pour réduire les sollicitations ad hoc * Standardiser les pratiques comptables groupe et contribuer au « kit d'intégration comptable » pour accompagner l'internationalisation * Incarner la posture de business partner en traduisant les enjeux comptables en langage business et en assurant une veille réglementaire active   LES QUALITÉS ATTENDUES POUR CE POSTE Avant de poursuivre votre lecture, si vous n'avez pas le profil exact décrit ci-dessous, mais que vous pensez que cette description de poste correspond à vos compétences et à vos aspirations, nous vous encourageons tout de même à postuler.
