Our core team mission in the Playable Ads team is to create engaging and interactive advertising experiences that captivate
audiences and drive conversions. We work with playable developers and strategists who turn a game into a interactive ad
experience. Your main mission will be to produce high-performing ads by creating and uploading them to our different networks.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market, a strong sense of gameplay
and player engagement but also understand mobile advertising.

ROLE Voodoo is looking for a Creative Strategist to join its Creative team, which produces performance-driven ad creatives to attract new users and optimize campaign impact. You will drive the creative vision and strategic direction across our entire portfolio of games and apps—identifying trends, guiding creative decisions, and helping turn great mobile products into global hits. You’ll also be responsible for transforming strategic insights into clear, actionable creative briefs rooted in benchmarking and ideation, enabling Creative Leads and Producers to execute with clarity and impact. RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and lead the creative vision and strategy per game/app in collaboration with Creative Leads. * Generate structured, insight-driven creative briefs based on your benchmark analysis, market intelligence, and strategic ideation frameworks. * Define guidelines, priorities, and execution standards of the production on a weekly basis. * Conduct and continuously update extensive benchmarks by leveraging internal tools and third-party platforms (e.g., MarketIQ, Apptica, Data.ai) to identify high-performing creative trends early. * Analyze and deconstruct top-performing competitor creatives, providing actionable insights and storytelling patterns to inform ideation. * Benchmark across both mobile games (e.g. Match-3, Hypercasual, Hybridcasual) and apps (e.g. Blitz, Wizz, WeMoms, and future products). * Collaborate with Creative Leads, Producers, and the Data Team to ensure effective adoption of benchmarks, streamline reporting, and scale creative learnings across teams. * Audit and improve existing creative workflows and propose strategic enhancements to maximize output and creative impact. * Identify skill gaps in the creative team (e.g. motion design, 3D animation) and actively participate in sourcing and recruitment of new creative talent. ROLE We are looking for a Playable Ads AI Engineer to help create the next generation of playable ads. You will combine strong playable development skills with applied AI expertise to build, modify, and scale interactive ads more efficiently. * Convert existing games into playable ads using Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant technologies * Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models capable of generating or modifying playable ads * Develop AI workflows to iterate on gameplay logic, UI, visuals, difficulty, pacing, and end cards * Collaborate with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to improve production pipelines and scale playable creation * Benchmark the market, test new ideas, and develop a strong understanding of what makes a playable ad perform PROFILE * Strong experience in playable ads development, Unity projects, game development, or creative technology * Experience creating playable ads with Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Three.js, Phaser, or similar tools * Hands-on experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, AI-assisted code generation, or generative AI workflows * Good understanding of object-oriented programming, interactive ad constraints, and mobile gaming performance drivers * Creative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to bridge gameplay, technology, and AI topics * Fluent in English, both oral and written * At least 3+ years of experience in playable ads development, Unity game development, AI engineering, or a similar role * Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, MRAID, playable packaging, or ad network specifications is a plus BENEFITS Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.
