ROLE BeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs. Identify key problems and opportunities * Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact. * Contribute to prioritizing initiatives. * From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail. * Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success. * Implement, test, and iterate with the technical team. * Contribute to building and improving our design system. PROFILE * You’re passionate about scaling social consumer apps. * You’re plugged into GenZ’s drives and desires. You’re obsessed with understanding user needs in detail. * You’re highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented. * You can both hack together a quick prototype and implement a scalable design system. * You love making delightful features but also are super pragmatic about having a substantial business impact. * You understand the technical implications of your design decisions. * You are fluent in English

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2. ROLE * Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies. * Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery. * Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch. Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience. * Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact. * Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices. PROFILE * Experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager * Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics * Able to write clear specs and align teams * High standards. We need someone who pushes the product forward and challenges weak ideas * Experience on a successful live game * Experience with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, character collection, or upgrade systems * Experience on casual, hybridcasual, io, or mass-market games * Good understanding of IAP monetization, not only ads * Has seen what great live games do, for example Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go, Stumble Guys, Subway Surfers, etc BENEFITS * Best-in-class compensation * Other benefits according to the country you reside

TEAM Join a small, agile team working on The Almanac, a smart puzzle app built to sharpen your mind and cut through brain rot. ROLE As a key member of the founding team, you’ll own the product’s user experience and visual identity. You’ll design and iterate on clean, intuitive, and polished user flows—from core gameplay to monetization and onboarding. Your work will directly shape how players feel and interact with The Almanac every day. * Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, beautiful, and efficient user experiences * Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for both core gameplay and meta systems * Develop and evolve the visual language of the app across UI components, typography, layout, and transitions * Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and polish * Design and test UI for monetization features (ads, IAP), progression systems, and events * Help define and improve user flows through research, data, and testing * Ensure the product feels premium, smooth, and delightful PROFILE * Figma expert * Gaming background * Founder mentality: proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven * Obsessed with quality and attention to detail * Able to prototype, iterate quickly, and work in short feedback loops * Fluent in English BENEFITS Competitive salary + performance bonus and other benefits according to the country you reside.
