You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for teens, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US
and UK. Wizz is a friend-finding and chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like-minded peers
in an authentic, pressure-free environment. Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive
consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2. ROLE * Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies. * Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery. * Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch. Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience. * Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact. * Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices. PROFILE * Experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager * Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics * Able to write clear specs and align teams * High standards. TEAM You will work within the Growth team, in cooperation with Engineering & Data teams, enabling our Growth operations to move faster, smarter, and at significantly greater scale. As Lead Product Manager you will be integrated in the VGP Team. VGP automates repetitive and high-volume growth tasks, starting with the distribution of over 25,000 creatives across multiple ad networks and campaigns per year, and continuously improves decision-making, performance monitoring, and playable ads production. The platform is evolving to integrate AI-driven campaign launches, bidding automation, and expanded network coverage. ROLE We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll build scalable automation systems at the intersection of Growth, AdTech, and AI. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Voodoo Growth Platform (VGP), a strategic internal product that powers the automation of our user acquisition operations at scale. You will: * Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap of the Voodoo Growth Platform. * Build scalable systems to automate campaign launches, creative uploads, and cross-network distribution. * Lead the integration of AI-driven features to automate bidding strategies, campaign setup, and performance optimization. * Partner closely with engineers and tech leads to design and deliver reliable, high-performance systems. * Collaborate with Growth teams to deeply understand operational pain points and turn them into automation opportunities. * Work with Product Managers across Voodoo to anticipate dependencies and align roadmaps. * Improve data-driven decision-making by enhancing performance tracking, reporting, and experimentation frameworks within VGP. * Ensure platform robustness, monitoring, and operational excellence * Balance short-term operational efficiency gains with long-term platform scalability and technical excellence * Foster a culture of automation-first thinking across the Growth operations PROFILE * Strong experience as a Product Manager in Growth, AdTech, automation platforms, or similarly technical environments * Proven experience building internal tools or scalable B2B/B2B2C platforms * Understanding of user acquisition ecosystems (ad networks, campaign structures, creatives, bidding strategies) * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into product decisions. * Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical roadmaps. * Interest in AI-driven automation * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP). ROLE As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles, acting as the Head of Marketing and strategic counterpart to the General Manager. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine (User Acquisition experts, Creative Production, internal tools) and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further. During the first 6 to 9 months, you will ramp up by building deep expertise in user acquisition, while acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist. * Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games. * Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building (not exhaustive). * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources. * Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities. PROFILE * Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole). * 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech environments). * Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. * Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing. * Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English and French.
