Context
We are seeking a senior systems thinker to anchor the data lifecycle of Outsight's spatial events. This individual will own the structural flow of high-volume event data processing from our internal Perception stack and 3rd-party datasets, translating them into well-modeled, hyper-performant warehouse layers and clean semantic models.
Responsibilities
Design, construct, and maintain production-grade ELT pipelines processing streaming spatial data and telemetry.
Architect and manage schemas within Databricks and AWS environments, prioritizing zero-data-loss and ultra-low latency.
Build out and optimize the central semantic abstraction layer using Cube.js, ensuring clean data consumption contracts.
Collaborate with internal team to package reliable data pipeline integration blueprints for the Professional Services delivery squads.
Requirements for the role
Agentic Workflow & Productivity Edge: You must possess deep familiarity with structuring semantic layers specifically to be accurately browsed and mapped by LLM-driven agents. The ideal candidate actively utilizes advanced AI coding frameworks to multi-thread feature delivery and automate pipeline unit testing, achieving an outsized development cadence.

YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the AI Team working on our AI Medical Companion. Your mission will be to build and optimize the data foundations that power safe, scalable, and impactful AI models. You will work on data infrastructure for LLM, VLM, and RAG-based systems, ensuring our engineers and data scientists can train, evaluate, and deploy AI models efficiently on high-quality, well-structured, and compliant data.
