You will drive platform strategy, architecture, and execution to help engineers ship faster, safer, and with higher quality. A key part of your role will be to actively collect needs and best practices from engineering teams, turning those insights into relevant, well-grounded platform solutions. You will set engineering standards along with senior engineers from the whole company, mentor peers, and bridge platform engineering with AI and cybersecurity. Responsibilities * Platform Engineering - Architect and evolve the IDP, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Own the long-term technical vision, define platform standards (IaC, GitOps), and select best-in-class tooling across build, deployment, monitoring, and security. * Developer Experience - Proactively identify and eliminate friction across the software lifecycle. Track DX metrics (DORA, SPACE) and use data to prioritize platform investments. Be the internal advocate for developers. * AI-Augmented Platform - Integrate AI capabilities into the platform (intelligent code review, anomaly detection, smart test generation). Evaluate and operationalize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM-based assistants) and explore agentic automation to reduce developer toil. * Security & Compliance - Embed security-by-design into every platform layer: secure CI/CD (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning), supply chain integrity (SLSA, SBOM), and least-privilege access. Lead our journey toward a DevSecOps culture, building the practices, automation, and mindset that will make security a first-class citizen across all engineering teams - an ambition we are actively working toward. * Reliability & Observability - Define SLOs/SLAs for platform services, ensure full-stack observability, lead incident response, and conduct blameless post-mortems. * Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure, and Security teams. Mentor engineers, represent DevXP in architectural forums, and communicate technical trade-offs to diverse audiences. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications * Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. * 8+ years in platform engineering or DevOps, with 3+ years at senior/expert level. * Track record of operating platforms at scale; fluency with TDD, trunk-based development, and continuous delivery. Required Skills * Platform & DevOps - CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GitOps, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, GCP (GKE) * Observability - Prometheus, Grafana; SLO/SLI/error budget management. * AI & Automation - Hands-on integration of AI tools in engineering workflows; MLOps familiarity. * Leadership - Technical influence without direct authority, mentoring, strong communication. Within Data Operations, the Data Platform team owns and evolves the technical foundation that powers all data across Deezer. The scope covers the full lifecycle of our data: ingesting hundreds of millions of streaming events per day (music, podcasts, lyrics, and more) into our data lake, transforming and curating this data at scale, and making it reliably available for internal consumers (royalties calculation, content reporting, analytics, recommendation, and beyond). In short: we build and operate the data infrastructure that connects every Deezer team to the data they need. What you will do: * Improve the reliability and efficiency of the data ingestion system, with various data sources such as Kafka, MariaDB, Segment and others * Maintain the solutions that powers Deezer’s Data Platform (On prem or cloud services) * Support the rollout of our new Airflow platform, scheduling GCP jobs on Spark & BigQuery * Own monitoring and alerting of the Platform’s pipelines and budget * Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders (Business Analysts, Royalties team, ML Engineers…) to understand their needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions * Participate in agile ceremonies: quarter planning, sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives * Propose and implement improvements to existing stack or pipelines based on your technical watch Qualifications Essentials: * 5+ years of experience in Data Platform Engineering * Solid experience with Ops topics (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure, Software deployment, Finops) and tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes) * Solid experience with Spark/Scala, Python, SQL, BigQuery and ETL management * Proactive, organized and with strong team spirit * Fluent in English Nice-to-have: * Experience with GCP, Airflow, Iceberg * Experience with Kafka & Kafka Connect * Experience with visualisation & monitoring tools (Grafana, Lookerstudio) At Deezer, diversity drives innovation. What you´ll do as Sales Account Manager In this role, you will take on challenging tasks in a varied position and be expected to involve and interact with clinics and all relevant stakeholders, as well as interact with several contact points in the company like: marketing managers, product managers, customer service, technical support and senior lab support like clinical support. You will be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and managing your territory effectively, north France home office based. Among your key responsibilities: • Achieve your sales targets within your assigned territory. • Develop, manage, execute, and monitor strategic business plans, including monthly reporting and forecasting for each county in your territory. • Build and maintain a network with key stakeholders such as IVF Lab Directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and Embryologists to promote and sell Vitrolife’s products and services. • Conduct customer visits and attend third-party events to establish relationships and support user education on Vitrolife’s products. • Negotiate and establish agreements with clinics to drive sales and partnerships. • Gather and analyze business intelligence, including clinic dynamics, customer trends, competitor activities, and complaints, to inform strategic decisions. • Continuously monitor and document customer activities in the CRM system. • Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure logistical excellence. • Plan and conduct follow-up workshops, training courses, and events such as exhibitions and conferences to enhance customer engagement and education. • Resolve key client issues promptly and develop strategic plans to improve client outcomes. What We’re Looking For? • University degree in Biology or similar field or significant work experience in the life science industry. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands on sales / account position • 2+ years / relevant network working with working with IVF will be considered a strong advantage. • Fluent in French and English • Happy to travel 3-4 days per week • Home Office based, but located in North of France or Paris area is mandatory.
