ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own our affiliate, word-of-mouth, and referral programs. The right person is a data-led growth marketer who knows how to design incentives, structure programs, and turn happy users and motivated partners into compounding, viral loops of new signups and active customers. ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a technically-minded Growth Marketer to drive adoption and revenue for two of our most important new bets at Blue Cube Services: our perpetual futures product and our prediction markets product. The right person combines a sharp growth mindset with hands-on performance marketing chops and genuine fluency in data — comfortable defining the funnel, running the campaigns, reading the results, and making the next call themselves.
