På Quant arbetar vi med modernt, datadrivet och förebyggande underhåll för att öka tekniska tillgängligheten och effektiviteten i vår kunds produktionsanläggning.
Vi söker nu en Site Manager som brinner för ständiga förbättringar, har ett starkt kundfokus och vill driva ett säkert, hållbart underhållsarbete.
Som Site Manager har du ett helhetsansvar för både leverans, resultat och teamutveckling. Du leder verksamheten genom tydliga mål, närvarande ledarskap och ett aktivt arbete med kultur, engagemang och medarbetarnöjdhet.
Du leder ett team på 12 medarbetare bestående av både tjänstemän och kollektivanställda, inklusive underhållstekniker, planerare och underhållsingenjörer.
Du rapporterar till Operations Manager Sverige och ingår i ett nätverk av Site Managers där ni tillsammans driver utveckling och erfarenhetsutbyte. Du kommer även att ha operativ rapportering direkt till kunden.

Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift, har god systemvana och erfarenhet av underhållssystem. Du arbetar även tryggt i Excel och PowerPoint.
B-körkort är ett krav.

Right now, we are looking for a Site Water Manager for our Mill Services team. Site Water Manager is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply, treatment, and optimization of water resources across the entire site, including external stakeholder collaboration. This role demands full autonomy in decision-making, extensive stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to optimizing water quality and infrastructure. The position requires expertise in managing high-value contracts, overseeing service providers, and driving innovative solutions to enhance sustainability and efficiency in water management. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Lead, mentor, and develop the team through training, coaching, and clear direction while governing service partners and provider agreements. Oversee WTP 1 & 2 service partnerships, including chemical supply, service contracts, lifecycle management, and O&M budget control. Ensure water and wastewater quality compliance, providing advisory support to plant operations while safeguarding regulatory and contractual adherence. Develop strategies for reliable raw and potable water supply, optimizing resource utilization, infrastructure reliability, and long-term asset performance. Manage and optimize the distribution pipeline network, ponds, sewers, and related systems with strong governance, risk mitigation, and proactive maintenance planning. Drive performance optimization and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce chemical use and costs, enhance sustainability, and align water management with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration. Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial, production engineering, or related field; water treatment or environmental compliance certifications are a plus. Over 10 years of experience in water treatment and process engineering, including management of large-scale operations, ideally within heavy industry. Strong background in contract management, budgeting, cost optimization, and involvement in projects, startups, or commissioning activities. Experience working with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and ensuring operational compliance. In-depth technical knowledge of water treatment processes (e.g., ultrafiltration, demineralization, wastewater treatment) combined with plant performance analysis and project management skills. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities; familiarity with Swedish labor and environmental regulations; fluent English required, with basic Swedish considered an advantage.

Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering to align technical solutions with operational goals. Ensure compliance with Swedish electrical regulations and internal safety standards. Drive continuous improvement through preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities This role is a dedicated Annealing Process Specialist for the Luleå transformation project. The person will act as the on site (Luleå) technical liaison between the Cold Mill/Annealing operations and the R&D organization and laboratories located in Borlänge and Hämeenlinna. Their main responsibility is to ensure that annealing process requirements are clearly defined, validated, and integrated into both production and product development workflows. Hands-on experience not only practical in annealing operations within a steel production environment with specific background on continuous annealing and galvanizing of cold rolled steels. Leading the annealing questions within the cold mill complex and providing technical expertise. Running relevant technical questions/projects together with other relevant specialist groups to generate bases for decision making. Your Qualifications To thrive in this role, you bring: Higher academic degree, preferably in Steel Processes (M.Sc.) At least 10 years of experience in steel production, with a focus on annealing or thermal processing. Strong metallurgical and process engineering/operations background Deep understanding of continuous annealing processes, furnace operation, induction heating, and cooling curve control of cold rolled steels. Understand product quality and properties of steel behavior, in continuous annealing environment. Familiarity with Level 2 automation systems and process modelling tools. Strong communication and coordination skills to bridge cross functional teams, Product Development, Technical Line Personnel and Production Operations Teams. Proven leadership skills in multinational working environment for cross-functional co-operation Experience in commissioning, start-up, stabilization and ramp-up of continuous steel processing facilities, including process validation, product certification, and capability development would be an added advantage. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Experience working in multicultural environments is an advantage.
