We are looking for a Business - System Analyst to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of
European banking.
As a Business - System Analyst you will be responsible for designing and documenting new features based on input data from
business owners. Having hands-on experience with SQL, UML, BPMN you will be translating business requirements into technical
documentation used by developers. Your role is also about being able to pull and analyse data from various sources like SQL
Databases, Big Query, CSV’s, etc. to extract valuable information. If you are a team player who is passionate about solving

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? Front-End development combines the art of design with the art of programming. You will translate UI/UX wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application; meaning you will be taking an active role in defining how the application looks and how it works. Business does not operate in a vacuum — you must be capable of understanding and transforming customer needs into a functional and engaging digital environment to ensure a great user experience. We are extensively using micro frontend architecture; you will be working with ReactJS and certain libraries and components like Single SPA, Axios, final-form as well as our own Platform, which is an orchestrator for the micro frontend channel. Design and Implementation: Developing our current tools and proposing new (reusable) ones to do the job smarter, faster and better Code Review: Reviewing and evaluating code written by other developers, providing constructive feedback. Troubleshooting: Analyzing and fixing bugs, as well as optimizing application performance. Mentoring: Supporting and training less experienced team members. Technical Documentation: Creating and updating project-related and code-related documentation. SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE We are looking for someone with a great eye for design & details. You should have a strong understanding of the latest technologies in web design; particularly very good command in ReactJS (+ libraries) and TypeScript. A huge plus would be hands-on experience with micro frontend architecture; however, if you have none but you are a very strong frontend developer, we won’t say no - you will learn it on the job. Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Your opportunity: New Relic is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to play an essential role in supporting our Global Technical Services organization (GTS). The primary focus of the role will be supporting ongoing strategic initiatives, systems enhancements, change requests, and permission requests while contributing to testing and change management in preparation for production releases in Salesforce. The Business Systems Analyst will be part of the GTS Enterprise Systems team at New Relic, working side by side with the Program Manager, other Business Systems Analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will handle enterprise aspects of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. To be successful, you’ll need a deep understanding of Global Tech Support business processes and translate them into Service Cloud systems requirements, build effective solutions, and ensure the full adoption of the Service Cloud platform and integrations. What you’ll do: * Collaborate with Program Managers to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and build-ready specifications for engineering teams. * Create visual system and process documentation such as wikis, flows, and wireframes to support all requirements. * Partner with Engineering teams to scope and implement new Salesforce features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices. * Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and stability of all system enhancements prior to deployment. * Design and implement performance metrics and reporting dashboards to track project ROI, system adoption, and the impact of build iterations. * Drive change management and user enablement strategies, creating documentation and training resources to maximize platform adoption across the organization. * Provide internal system support for Salesforce platforms, managing incoming requests and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime. * Perform system administration, including user management, data hygiene, and configuration updates, to maintain optimal platform health and data integrity. * Manage third-party integrations (e.g., Sharefile, EzProtect, AWS Connect), ensuring seamless interoperability and consistent performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
