As our Graphic & Web Designer, your initial focus will be on redesigning and modernizing our existing marketing materials
including brochures, folders, and case studies to give them a premium, contemporary look that works both in print and digital
formats. While refreshing these assets, you’ll ensure every design decision aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains visual
consistency across all touchpoints.
You'll be responsible for preparing final files that are ready for professional printing as well as digital distribution. This
means working closely with local teams in different markets and coordinating directly with print partners to manage production
timelines, formats, and quality standards. In addition, you’ll maintain structured and well-organized versions of each asset in
multiple languages, ensuring that all teams — regardless of region or language — have access to the right materials at the right
time.
Your role also includes active collaboration with our content, marketing, and product teams to make sure the materials not only
look great but also communicate effectively and support our commercial goals. As the role evolves, you’ll gradually take on more
responsibilities in web and digital design, contributing to the visual development of our public presence and ensuring it aligns
with the style and standards you’ve helped define.
Your understanding of the print process goes beyond design, you’re familiar with production standards, file preparation, and
finishing options, and you know how to translate creative ideas into technically sound output. Experience in the AdTech or SaaS
space is a strong advantage, as it helps you connect more easily with the needs of our business and target audience. While your
current focus is on print, you also bring experience in web and UI design, and are ready to evolve into that space as the role
develops.
Above all, you’re highly organized, work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You know how to manage multiple
projects simultaneously without losing sight of consistency, quality, or deadlines.
Tooling used
You’re highly proficient in the Adobe Suite, which you’ll use as your primary tool for structuring and delivering high-quality
print materials. If you’re already familiar with basic prototyping or web layout tools, that’s a welcome bonus, as it will make
the transition into digital projects even smoother.
This is a full-time opportunity within an international, fast-growing tech company operating at the forefront of the AdTech and

DEINE AUFGABEN Du bist ein Taschenmesser und willst zusammen mit Kretaiven ausgezeichnete Bewegtbilder kreieren? DEIN PROFIL Was wir von Dir erwarten: Du liebst Bewegtbild und lebst Motion Graphic und Motion Design aus voller Leidenschaft. Du hast bereits Erfahrung in dem Metier (mindestens 3 Jahre) und starke Arbeitsbeispiele vorzuweisen, denn du hast bereits Motion-Content für Marken, Kampagnen oder sonstige Formate konzipiert und umgesetzt – entweder in einer Agentur, als Freelancer oder Inhouse in einem Kreativteam. Du beherrschst die Animations-Prinzipien (Timing, Easing, Anticipation) und bist sicher in 2D-Animation, kinetischer Typografie und Compositing. After Effects ist dein Hometurf – inklusive Expressions und etwas Scripting. Du fühlst dich aber genauso zu Hause bei Rotoscoping, Keying und Tracking. Du hast außerdem Erfahrung im Editing und schneidest in PremierePro oder DaVinci Resolve, verstehst Pacing zu Musik/Sound und kennst dich mit Color Grading, Codecs und den richtigen Delivery-Specs für Web, Social und Broadcast aus. Mit Illustrator und Photoshop bereitest du deine Assets selbst auf. 3D ist für dich kein Fremdwort, Du bringst zumindest solide Grundkenntnisse in Cinema 4D oder Blender mit – Modeling-Basics, Licht, Shading, Kameras, Rendering – und weißt, wie man 3D und After Effects sinnvoll verzahnt. Last but not least, du hast Bock auf KI: Du experimentierst mit generativen Bild- und Video-Tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Kling & Co.), kennst KI-gestütztes Clean-up und Up-Scaling und – noch wichtiger – du weißt, wie man diese Outputs in eine professionelle Pipeline integriert, ein sauberes Compositing gestaltet und erstellt – statt nur Buttons zu drücken. Du denkst mit, agierst eigenständig und bringst dich gerne ein, wenn du gemeinsam mit unseren kreativen Content entwickelst und umsetzt. Experience in brainstorming and developing innovative and original creative concepts that align with the company's objectives and target audience while still pushing the boundaries of traditional design approaches. * Storytelling. The ability to craft visual narratives that convey complex information or emotions through engaging visual storytelling techniques, such as infographics, animations, and interactive experiences. * Branding. Excellent understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive visual solutions across various platforms, including web, mobile, and print. * Versatility and adaptability. Ability to adapt your design style and approach to different projects, media, and audiences, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image. * Visual design expertise. Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and illustration - both in 2d and 3d, as well as the ability to create visually striking and engaging designs that effectively communicate brand messages.
