The Data Program Manager holds end-to-end accountability for the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of complex data
and AI transformation programmes.
The role is delivery-focused and operates at a senior level, with responsibility for programme outcomes, governance, and
performance. The role also requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to support opportunity shaping and initiative

Du blir en strategisk partner till ledning och verksamhet samtidigt som du skapar rätt förutsättningar för projektledare, utvecklingsteam och verksamhetsrepresentanter att lyckas. Din roll handlar om att skapa struktur, prioritera rätt, hantera beroenden och säkerställa att investeringar i digitalisering leder till konkreta affärsresultat. Hos våra kunder får du möjlighet att arbeta med omfattande transformationsprogram inom exempelvis ERP, CRM, molnplattformar, AI, data, cybersäkerhet, integrationer och modernisering av affärskritiska system. Du leder förändringsresor där teknik, processer och människor utvecklas tillsammans. Ett ledarskap som skapar förtroende Vi tror att du är en person som känner dig lika bekväm i ett möte med företagsledningen som i en workshop tillsammans med arkitekter, produktägare och projektledare. Du har förmågan att skapa samsyn även när olika intressen konkurrerar och vet hur man bygger engagemang genom tydlig kommunikation och ett närvarande ledarskap. Du har erfarenhet av att styra komplexa program med flera projekt, många intressenter och höga krav på kvalitet, styrning och leverans. Samtidigt är du pragmatisk och vet när beslut behöver fattas för att skapa framdrift. Vi tror att du har Du har minst åtta års erfarenhet av projekt eller programledning och har under din karriär lett större digitaliserings eller transformations initiativ där flera verksamhetsområden varit involverade. Du är van att arbeta nära styrgrupper och ledningsgrupper och har ett naturligt fokus på affärsnytta, förändringsledning och långsiktig utveckling. Du har sannolikt erfarenhet från större organisationer där komplexitet är en naturlig del av vardagen och där leveranser sker i nära samarbete mellan verksamhet, IT och externa partners. Har du arbetat med internationella program, organisationsförändringar eller större implementeringar av exempelvis Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce eller andra affärskritiska plattformar ser vi det som ett stort plus. ABOUT THE TEAM Stripe’s mission is to build the economic infrastructure for the internet. Risk and Compliance Engineering builds products to lower Stripe’s financial and regulatory risk at scale, while retaining a best in class user experience. We build user-facing products, and backend platforms to ensure Stripe’s users are compliant with regulatory and financial partner requirements. We protect Stripe’s brand while also protecting the company from financial losses that can put Stripe’s business at risk. The Risk TPM team is crucial to driving programs to address these challenges. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Technical Program Manager in the Risk and Compliance space, you will play a key role across engineering, product, and strategy to drive programs that span across the Risk organization and Stripe. You will be responsible for the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning and execution of large-scale technical programs that help to solve complex problems and empower Stripe and our users. RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute on technical programs that require deep systems and engineering knowledge. * Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other cross functional partners to define, scope, and drive large programs to conclusion. * Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success criteria. * Make substantial improvements to how the teams you work with communicate and operate to significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of the teams. * Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation. * Leverage data and acquired knowledge to drive strategic decisions at an engineering leadership level. * Create widely circulated plans, driving consistency, clarity and building alignment across teams. WHO YOU ARE We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering and/or technical program management experience. * Excellent analytical skills; you digest complex information and make recommendations. * You have a track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to launch, demonstrating critical thinking, challenging the norms and thought leadership. * You have very strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders, teams and senior leaders around the organization. * You can drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions and bring a wealth of experience, opinions, proposals and best practices. * Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones. We're committed to balancing the necessity of efficient collections with a customer-centric approach. By aligning with Stripe values and the PXO (Product Experience Operations) standards, we strive to enhance recovery rates and streamline our operations, ensuring clarity and support for our customers at every step. WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Operations Program Manager, you'll own and evolve the programs that drive our collections operations—while staying close to the work itself. You'll directly handle complex cases to build deep process knowledge and customer empathy, and use those insights to design scalable, data-driven improvements. Your work will span program strategy, hands-on casework, cross-functional collaboration, and operational scaling to improve key objectives such as recovery rates, customer experience, and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES * Casework and Process Expertise — Own complex and escalated collections cases end-to-end, building firsthand understanding of customer pain points, process gaps, and regulatory nuances to inform program decisions * Program Strategy and Execution — Design, launch, and manage collections programs aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals * Scaling and Process Optimization — Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale collections operations—reducing manual effort while improving efficiency and consistency as volume grows * Compliance and Quality Assurance — Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across all collections activities. Build and maintain QA frameworks—including audits and calibration—to uphold quality standards * Data and Performance Management — Monitor program performance through analytics, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize outcomes * Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to align collections programs with platform capabilities and drive long-term systemic improvements * Documentation and Enablement — Build and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials that empower the team and reduce knowledge silos WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable in the details of a complex case and in the strategic design of programs that serve thousands of customers. You are a proactive problem solver who constantly challenges the status quo and pushes for innovation in how collections operations run. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of program management experience, with a focus on operational process design, implementation, and scaling * Willingness and ability to perform hands-on casework alongside program responsibilities * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact * Excellent communication skills—comfortable conveying complex or sensitive topics to both technical and non-technical audiences * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in financial services or fintech, particularly in collections or lending operations * Familiarity with automation tools and techniques, including a working knowledge of SQL * Experience in change management—taking initiatives from conception through scaled execution * Background in a compliance-sensitive environment with knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks * Experience designing or managing QA programs, including audit methodologies, scoring calibration, and quality feedback loops
