Company introduction: Compass Pathways plc (Nasdaq: CMPS) is a biotechnology company dedicated to accelerating patient access to evidence-based innovation in mental health. The Company is headquartered in London, UK, with offices in New York City in the US. We focus on developing novel treatments that have the potential to improve the lives of those who are suffering with mental health conditions and who are not helped by current treatments. We are pioneering a new paradigm for treating mental health conditions focused on rapid and durable responses through the development of our investigational COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment, potentially a first in class treatment. COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area. We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD. 01Health is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people. Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission. What is happening at 01Health right now: Balderton-backed Series A company 90% of UK patients can reach an 01Health–affiliated clinic within 30 minutes All growth has been inbound, ~50% word of mouth 4.98★ customer rating from the dentists who use us Aerox (sleep) ready for national rollout to top-performing 01Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist US expansion live New verticals being tested and prototyped We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties, transforming lives in the process. The Role We're building a national network of Sleep Centres embedded within our partnered dental practices - and a patient growth engine that brings motivated patients straight to their door. You'll be one of the first voices those patients hear, and one of the main reasons they take the next step. That means owning the top of the patient funnel: responding to inbound leads quickly, having warm and purposeful conversations, and turning interest into booked appointments. It's high-volume and high-energy - but it's not a call centre. The people you're speaking to already want help with their sleep. Your job is to make sure they get it. You'll manage your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping things organised and moving at pace. You’ll also work directly with our clinical team and senior leadership, including our CEO - which means real visibility and a genuine hand in shaping how we grow. What you'll do Own the patient journey from first contact through to booked appointment. Lead fast, high-quality conversations that build trust and drive action. Keep your patient pipeline flowing - from new leads to follow-ups and re-engagements - making sure every opportunity counts and no opportunity slips through the cracks. Use AI tools to work faster and smarter: drafting outreach, surfacing follow-ups, and spotting patterns in what's converting. Contribute to experiments, messaging tests, and playbook development to continuously evolve how we convert interest into appointments. Closely monitor your results, identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose strategies to increase conversions and contribute to the team’s success. Work embedded in a cross-functional pod alongside our Sleep, Clinical, AI, and Product teams - and directly with our CEO. Who you are This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up. You’re energised by talking to people and excel at making others feel heard, even when managing many conversations. You’re organised, persistent without being pushy, and combine genuine warmth with commercial drive. You’ll be a great fit if you are: People-focused: You listen carefully, build rapport easily, and can clearly explain processes, answer questions and engage potential prospects. Resilient and proactive: You stay positive when conversations don’t lead to immediate bookings and remain committed to helping patients find the right time to access care. Organised and accountable: You manage multiple patient conversations responsibly and make sure no one who needs support is overlooked. Collaborative: You work closely with clinicians and internal teams to ensure patients have a safe, smooth, and supportive experience. Curious and improvement-driven: You look for ways to improve how we communicate with patients and make it easier for them to access the care they need. Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Why you’ll love working here Real impact, every day - your work directly changes patient outcomes. You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving. 25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday! Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after. Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day. Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business. Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat. Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.
