1. What you will be doing?
As a Data Analyst, your key responsibilities revolve around utilizing Python and SQL
for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with leveraging visualization tools such
as Tableau, PowerBI, and Web Applications to present insights effectively. Your
Data Analysis: Employing Python and SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
Visualization Techniques: Using Tableau, PowerBI, and Web Applications to create intuitive and insightful visual representations
of data for effective
communication.
Statistical Understanding: Applying statistical concepts and understanding data structures to interpret data patterns and trends

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Enterprise Data Strategy & Client Engagement: * Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with organizational and client business objectives. * Serve as a key technical advisor for clients, translating business requirements into innovative data solutions. * Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles. * Data Modeling, Design & Engineering: * Design and optimize both logical and physical data models to support enterprise-wide systems. * Architect data warehousing solutions, overseeing the integration of data from multiple sources to enable robust business intelligence and analytics. * Directly develop, test, and implement ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance. * Technology Evaluation & Implementation: * Evaluate emerging data technologies and tools to determine their fit within the existing architecture and potential for future scalability. * Oversee the integration of new technologies into the enterprise data architecture, balancing innovation with risk management. * Team Leadership & Hands-On Management: * Lead cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior data engineers and architects. * Maintain a hands-on approach by actively participating in coding, design sessions, and troubleshooting complex data issues. * Ensure project milestones are met through effective resource management and team coordination. * Performance, Security & Best Practices: * Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance across various systems. * Collaborate with security teams to enforce data governance, compliance, and privacy standards. * Establish and promote best practices in data management, data engineering, and architecture design. * Documentation & Reporting: * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering data architecture designs, data flows, integration processes, and project status. * Provide regular updates and reports to both internal stakeholders and clients on project progress and system performance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Education: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. * Experience: * 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles. * Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions with a hands-on technical approach. * Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and leading technical teams. * Technical Skills: * Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and database design (both relational and NoSQL). * Strong proficiency in data engineering, including experience with ETL tools, data integration frameworks, and big data technologies. * Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data processing frameworks. * Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL,) to support hands-on development and troubleshooting. * Experience with data governance frameworks & solutions ( Informatica, Collibra, Purview etc * Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proven team management and leadership abilities, including mentoring, coaching, and project management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while driving multiple projects to successful completio * Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or similar credentials.

What will you be doing? ● Manage projects as well as lead our business growth, the data consulting teams welcome all business and technical background joiners, who would thrive as an expert in a specific field, or truly versatile players. ● In this fast-paced, fast-growing industry, the most important qualities in our eyes are intellectual curiosity, autonomy and dynamism. ● You weild both “business” and “data” knowledge, with experience ideally in a digital marketing consulting firm; You already have a first understanding of digital technologies, and care to develop more in the exciting world of data and digital business What are we looking for? ● You must have previous Management Consultancy, ideally within Strategy Consulting or Data Consulting. ● Graduated from Business school or Engineering, in our eyes' the most important qualities are intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism. ● We are looking for profiles with the double hat “business” and “data”, with at least 1-2 years of experience, and in the use of BI tools or data analysis. ● You will already understand digital technologies (Tracking, Machine Learning, RTB, Big Data, Platform as a Service,...). As a Data Engineer, your role involves crafting and maintaining robust data pipelines, utilising Python and SQL, to ensure efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data. Your responsibilities will include: * Data Pipeline Development: Building and optimising data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow across systems and platforms. * Database Management: Managing databases, ensuring their integrity, and implementing data storage and retrieval solutions. * Cloud Services Integration: Leveraging cloud services such as MS Azure, GCP, and AWS to architect and deploy scalable data solutions. * Machine Learning Integration: Collaborating with teams to integrate machine learning models into data pipelines for enhanced data processing. * Utilising Spark & Kafka: Implementing and working with Spark and Kafka for real-time data processing and analytics. What we are looking for? * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management. * Experience with Data Pipelines ETL, Cloud Services (MS Azure, GCP preferred), ML Modeling, Spark & Kafka. * Proven problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and with stakeholders. * Strong business acumen with an interest in business-facing roles. * Adaptability and a start-up mentality to thrive in a dynamic environment. * Candidates with similar skill sets and experiences have excelled in technology firms or consultancy firms. * Successful candidates often possess Computer Science, Electronics, and Communication Engineering degrees.
