As a Senior Content Engineer at Upsun, you will redefine how developer documentation is created, maintained, and consumed in an
AI-native world. This isn’t a traditional technical writing role; rather than being a bottleneck for content, you are an architect
of systems. You will build the AI-powered infrastructure and editorial frameworks that empower engineers and product managers to
publish high-quality documentation themselves.
You are a systems thinker who thrives on technical ownership. You bridge the gap between hands-on engineering—building Claude
skills and content pipelines—and sharp editorial judgment. By setting the standards and guardrails for automated workflows, you
ensure that every piece of content we ship is accurate, clear, and optimized for both human developers and AI agents.
