verschiedene Standorte und Marken und trägst dazu bei, diese in einem konsistenten, professionellen Design zusammenzuführen.
Gleichzeitig gestaltest Du die visuelle Wahrnehmung der Augenheilkunde aktiv mit.

Arbeitsweise unter der Zuhilfenahme von Claude Cowork.
Du arbeitest mit hoher gestalterischer und sprachlicher Präzision und behältst gleichzeitig stets die Anforderungen unseres
Corporate Designs im Blick.
Du arbeitest proaktiv und lösungsorientiert mit unserem Marketing- und Content-Team sowie mit Ansprechpartnern in unseren
Kliniken zusammen und steuerst Deine Projekte zuverlässig bis zur finalen Umsetzung.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und unterstützt mit Deinem Gespür für Typografie, Layout und Gestaltung die Weiterentwicklung
unserer visuellen Kommunikation.

IHRE AUFGABEN Conceptual Design & Architectural Development * Support the development of architectural concepts during early design phases. * Contribute creative ideas grounded in geometric logic, physical principles, and functional clarity. * Translate conceptual ideas into clear architectural layouts, diagrams, and spatial strategies. * Assist senior architects in exploring multiple design options and concept variations. * Ensure early design proposals remain technically plausible and aligned with real-world constraints. Visualization, Representation & Design Language * Produce high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, diagrams, and presentation material. * Develop fast and accurate 3D models to support early design exploration and iterative concept development. * Support the development and consistency of the SL Rasch design language across projects. * Collaborate with graphic designers to align architectural visuals with corporate and project-specific narratives. * Contribute to competition entries, client presentations, and internal design studies. * Use visual tools strategically to test ideas quickly, compare alternatives, and communicate design intent clearly. Digital Tools, Modeling & Design Technologies * Actively work with industry-standard design and visualization tools, including Rhino, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, and comparable software. * Build quick, clean, and adaptable 3D models for conceptual studies, massing, geometry development, and presentations. * Produce high-quality renderings and visual outputs to support internal design discussions and external communication. * Apply AI-based image and design generation tools (e.g. text-to-image, image-to-image, concept variation workflows) as part of the creative design process. * Use AI tools to explore design alternatives, visual moods, materiality, and spatial concepts, while maintaining architectural and technical credibility. * Combine AI-generated content with traditional architectural modeling and drawing workflows. * Support the development and refinement of internal digital and AI-assisted design methodologies. Interdisciplinary Collaboration & Technical Awareness * Work closely with engineers to ensure early integration of structural, mechanical, and material considerations. * Support the translation of architectural concepts into technically coherent design directions. * Participate in design workshops, internal reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings. * Develop a growing understanding of construction logic, materials, and fabrication processes through project exposure. Research, Innovation & Design Development * Contribute to research-driven design studies, geometric explorations, and experimental concepts. * Support R&D initiatives related to digital design tools, geometry optimization, and performance-based architecture. * Stay engaged with emerging digital design technologies, tools, and methodologies. IHR PROFIL Professional Background * Degree in Architecture or a comparable design-focused discipline. * 5–8 years of professional experience with a strong focus on conceptual design, visualization, and digital design tools. * Very strong proficiency in Rhino, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and/or Revit. * Proven ability to produce high-quality visualizations and renderings efficiently. * Practical experience using AI-based image and design generation tools within architectural or design workflows. * Strong visual sensitivity and ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling images and models * Interest in geometry, physics-based design principles, and technically informed architecture * Ability to work hands-on within a design team and respond constructively to feedback. * Strong curiosity, precision, and motivation to develop as a designer.

DEINE AUFGABEN * You develop seasonal design concepts, define the creative direction of the collection in line with ORTOVOX’s brand strategy, and ensure a consistent design language across all product categories. * As an experienced design professional, you take on a functional lead role in the design process and provide creative direction within the team. * You are responsible for designing technical premium mountain sports products in apparel and accessories. * You analyze international trends, consumer needs, competitors, and innovations in materials, construction, and sustainability, and translate these into relevant product concepts. * You develop seasonal color, material, and trim concepts and are responsible for their consistent implementation within the collection. * You work closely with product management, the apparel development team, pattern engineering, and material development. * Together with the apparel development team, you create innovative functional solutions, specialized constructions, and new processing methods. DEIN PROFIL * Completed studies or comparable training in apparel or product design. * More than 7 years of professional experience in technical apparel Design, ideally in outdoor or performance sportswear. * Experience in the development and implementation of seasonal collections, as well as a strong understanding of Design systems and collection coherence. * Knowledge of garment construction and pattern making is an advantage. * Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator; experience in graphics, 3D Design, and visualization tools (e.g. CLO 3D) is a plus. * You have a strong technical understanding and the ability to clearly visualize and convincingly present design ideas. * You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and keep an overview even with complex collections. * You bring strong communication and presentation skills and can confidently represent design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders. * You strongly identify with mountain sports, nature, and sustainable product development. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Internal Communications Manager, you will ensure employees across the organisation are informed about the company’s strategy, mission, goals and key updates. Administrative Tasks * Manage the internal communications budget, including tracking spend and processing invoices and contracts. * Support the development and implementation of processes for staff attendance at industry events. * Contribute to development and maintenance of guidelines. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant experience * Experience in internal communications, employer branding, media management or a related field. * Proven expertise in corporate communications and/or public relations. * Proven recent experience in internal communications within a medium-sized organisation, gained over several years. * Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and develop compelling stories from across the organisation. * Experience developing, executing and analysing social media and corporate communications strategies. * Familiarity with a range of communications channels, including corporate intranets and social media platforms. * Strong critical thinking skills combined with a hands-on approach. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confidently engaging with and advising senior internal stakeholders. * Ability to tailor content for different audiences, demonstrating a strong understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs. * Native-level proficiency in English.
