The Global Sales Vendors team partners with third-party external sales organizations to drive Stripe's revenue growth and expand
access to Stripe's financial infrastructure. We design and scale the sales motions, processes, and performance frameworks that
enable our vendor salesforce to deliver consistent results and exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sales Excellence Manager, you'll lead the transformation of how our third-party vendor sales teams go to market — redesigning

ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton seeks an organised, analytical, and creative-thinking Sales Operations and Training Program Manager to support our AU team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Consumer, the Program Manager will be required to deeply understand the businesses they support and execute initiatives that enable growth and overcome any barriers to operational excellence, in addition to executing the day to day management of sales operations. They will partner cross-functionally with the entire Global Sales Solutions team and with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Member Support, Finance, Enterprise Tech, and more and will regularly communicate program updates and implications to these global stakeholders. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON * Execute the day-to-day management of Peloton sales operations in Australia, including but not limited to partner onboarding, activation support & management, external vendor management (agencies) & compliance, asset deployment, and budget management * Identifies and recommends retail activation opportunities. Project manages and leads physical retail activations. Manages and directs the sales components of marketing and retail activations, ensuring they align with overall business objectives * Identifying and implementing strategies to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall operational efficiency. Develop and implement Sales Policies and Procedure (SOPs, documentation) when required * Ongoing review of business reports and participation in regular business reviews with international sales leadership to build a deep understanding of the business and identify opportunities to improve sales operational excellence.
