About the role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how a decentralised exchange (DEX) shows up in the world.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands onchain trading and its audiences deeply, from alpha groups and trading
communities to professional traders, and can turn that understanding into messaging that resonates with them. You’ll work closely

About the role We’re hiring a Web3 Product Marketing Manager to shape how a prediction protocol built for real-time markets shows up in the world. You’ll sit at the centre of product, growth, comms and community, turning a technically ambitious product into a story that traders, builders and partners can quickly understand. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building from scratch. You’ll own the narrative, lead launches, and run the experiments that help turn a prediction protocol into a category-defining product. The team is small, decisions are fast, and the work gets into market quickly. What you’ll be doing * You’ll shape the positioning, launches and growth activity that help a prediction protocol stand out and gain traction. * Own the positioning and messaging for the prediction protocol end to end, including what it is, who it’s for, why it matters and what makes it different * Turn complex product strengths into clear, credible narratives for traders, builders and partners * Lead go-to-market for major launches, product milestones, partner activations and incentive-led moments * Define and run the marketing roadmap in partnership with product and community leads, making sure launches, campaigns and content build on each other * Grow the audience through always-on programmes that expand the qualified builder base * Run customer and market research with traders, builders and KOLs, and feed those insights back into product, pricing and creative * Brief and create content that earns attention in Web3, from launch threads and research-led content to explainer assets, dashboards, KOL kits and conference materials * Partner with comms on press, podcasts and thought leadership that reach the audiences that matter most What we’re looking for * Strong experience in product marketing or a closely related role, including hands-on prediction markets/protocol experience * Strong understanding of crypto products and onchain user experience, with enough fluency to market credibly to Web3-native audiences * A track record of owning launches end to end, from initial positioning through to measurable post-launch impact * Strong narrative instincts and the ability to turn complex product detail into clear, compelling messaging * Confidence working with data and using performance insights to shape campaigns and priorities * A hands-on, operator mindset with a bias towards shipping and a high tolerance for ambiguity Apply if you want to help shape how a new prediction protocol is positioned, launched and adopted. At Somnia you'll be working alongside a talented team working across the core blockchain along with novel protocols leveraging its capabilities. About the Role We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build across the breadth of what Somnia ships, from consumer-facing products to developer technologies to internal platform and tooling. One month that's a polished end-user app, the next it's an SDK, a CLI, or the internal systems the rest of the team builds on. This is a role for someone who cares as much about the product as the code. You'll own the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to deployment. You use AI tools as a multiplier and like shipping end-to-end. What you’ll be doing * Design and build production-grade products end-to-end—back-end through UI—across consumer apps, developer-facing technologies and internal platform tooling. * Build the high-performance back-ends and services these products depend on. * Create developer technologies—SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries and starter kits—that make the platform easy to build on. * Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure that raises the velocity of the whole team. * Work self-directed: watch the ecosystem and the team's needs, spot gaps and propose and build what moves things forward. * Work with DevRel, Marketing and BD so what you build lands with users and developers and fits go-to-market. You are the single accountable owner of Swap performance, operating with a Business Manager mindset over a business you run primarily through external providers and cross-functional partners rather than a large direct team. What you’ll be doing: * Business Line Ownership & Revenue Delivery: Full accountability for Swap revenue, take rate, and volume. Building and defending the forecast, understanding every driver of week-over-week movement, and acting on it. * Net Delivered Rate as North Star: Owning the competitiveness of the in-wallet quote experience - quote quality and execution slippage combined. Keeping the competitive quote auction healthy and holding partners to their execution commitments. * Partner Management & Business Development: Managing, growing, and negotiating with the swap partner bench across CEX-swap, DEX-aggregator, and on-ramp providers - on pricing, coverage, routing eligibility, execution quality, and co-marketing. What we’re looking for: * Ownership mindset: Demonstrated ability to own a business line, product, or revenue stream end to end, making holistic, data-driven decisions across strategy, commercial, and operations. * Exceptional quantitative skills: Strong track record of using data and metrics to drive decisions. Comfort querying data directly (SQL / Snowflake experience a strong plus). * Commercial & business development experience: Proven results negotiating and managing external partners on pricing, terms, and performance. Sales or BD experience is highly valued. * Operational excellence: Evidence of running something with rigour - managing operational risk, reducing errors, and optimising conversion or engagement. * Influence in a matrixed organisation: Proven ability to align resources and drive complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. * Consumer fintech / service-revenue background: Experience in a high-volume transactional or service-revenue business is highly desirable.
