You will work alongside other marketers, engineers, product managers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team as part of the CRM team. We're looking for a data-driven and hands-on lifecycle marketer to own and run global CRM campaigns across dynamic user segments — improving engagement, retention, and monetization across our app ecosystem. You will be accountable not just for shipping campaigns, but for the thinking behind them: what we run, for whom, in what order, and why. * We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement. This role is based in Singapore, with 3 days per week in our office and the option to work remotely for the remainder. THIS IS THE ROLE FOR YOU IF YOU'RE EXCITED TO WORK ON: * Lifecycle strategy & roadmap: Define the lifecycle roadmap for your area — set the hypotheses, prioritize which journeys and segments to tackle first based on user and revenue impact, and own the plan, not just the campaigns that come out of it. * End-to-end execution: Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, engagement, conversion, churn prevention, reactivation) hands-on, from brief to iteration. * Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and Engineering to ship on time and align CRM efforts with broader company initiatives. * Multichannel operation: Manage email, push, in-app, and product surfaces with a clear understanding of each channel's purpose, strengths, and metrics. * Experimentation & optimization: Develop a testing roadmap, run rigorous A/B tests and holdouts, and continuously optimize based on user behavior. Contribute to conversion and upsell within the subscription funnel. * Insights & reporting: Analyze CRM performance, user trends, and monetization metrics. Build dashboards that track lifecycle impact, and translate findings into scalable strategy for stakeholders. THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: * 5+ years in CRM and lifecycle marketing, ideally in a subscription-based mobile or web product with a global user base. * Strong understanding of user journey mapping and frameworks across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. * Deep hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Hex), and A/B testing frameworks. * Proven experience managing CRM campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and content briefing to launch, analysis, and iteration. * Comfortable working with user and revenue data to inform decisions, with strong data literacy and an analytical mindset. * Sets the quality bar for execution and has influenced cross-functional strategy beyond individual campaigns. THE INTERVIEW PROCESS: * Talent Intro Call: A conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to dive into your experience, what motivates you, and why you're interested in joining Goodnotes. * Take-Home Exercise: A skills-based exercise based on the core competencies required for the role. * Role-Specific Assessment: A live session focused on the core technical or functional skills required for the role. This is your chance to show us how you tackle real-world challenges. * Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper dive into your professional background, your preferred ways of working, and the specific impact you'll have within the team. * Values-Based Panel Interview: A conversation with 2–3 team members centered on our company values. We'll discuss past experiences to see how your approach aligns with our culture. * AI Literacy: As an AI-first company, we'll meet with one of our AI champions to discuss your curiosity, understanding, and practical use of AI tools in your daily workflow. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: * Hybrid Flexible Working: We empower you to work in a way that fits your life — whether that's flexible hours, caregiver support subsidies, or 18 remote working days per year to work from wherever you do your best work. * Customized Growth & Wellness Budgets: We provide dedicated stipends for the things that keep you at your best, including noise-canceling headphones for deep focus, professional training, personal development, and health and wellness activities. * Global Connectivity: While we embrace flexible work, we love seeing each other. We provide sponsored visits to our beautiful office locations to foster face-to-face collaboration. * Company-Wide Offsites: Once a year, we gather the entire global team in person to celebrate our wins, align on our vision, and build lasting connections. * Comprehensive Health Coverage: Your well-being is our priority. We offer premium medical insurance for you and your dependents to ensure peace of mind for your whole family. Goodnotes is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, making all employment decisions based strictly on merit, qualifications, and business needs. Note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, including verification of employment, education, and criminal records. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Candidate Privacy Notice, which provides important information about the data we collect during the application process.
