The role
As a Technical Lead within the Enterprise Experience Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across one
of our product development teams. You will lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure,
and high-quality solutions, while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to engineers across the team. The role may also
include line management responsibilities for less experienced team members.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience designing and delivering authentication and authorisation systems, including
organisation and permission management within multi-tenant and multi-user architectures. Hands-on experience with identity and
access management platforms such as Auth0 and Okta is highly desirable.

The role We’re looking for Senior Software Engineers with a ‘product builder’ mind-set to join our team and take a pivotal role in the development and guidance of our product. As a ‘t-shaped’ engineer, you will bring a broad practical knowledge across various areas of software development, complementing and supporting our growing team whilst likely having a deeper specialism in front or backend.
