seamless long-distance travel for EV drivers. With thousands of charging points already in operation and significant expansion
ahead, IONITY is evolving beyond charging infrastructure into a broader mobility, energy and digital platform.

INTRO Hamburg | €45.000 – €50.000 p.a. + 10% Bonus | Full Time (40 hrs/week) | German C1 & English B2 Are you hungry to break into sales — and smart enough to know that the best closers first learned how to listen, analyze, and qualify? Join suena energy as a Junior Account Manager (f/m/x) and become the engine behind our commercial pipeline. suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for battery storage systems and renewables. Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks. We're a team of 50+ people, combining a warm, supportive culture with real startup drive. Following our successful Series A, we're growing fast - and our commercial pipeline is growing with us. That's where you come in. Our qualification team sits at the heart of our commercial engine. Every deal that gets closed started here - with someone who understood the customer, asked the right questions, and made sure the right offer landed at the right time. This role is that someone. YOUR MISSION In the energy storage market, deals don't start with a sales call - they start with an offer. Before a BDM ever enters the room, you've already qualified the customer, understood their asset, and sent an indicative offer that sets the tone for the entire relationship. That's what makes this role different. * Qualify inbound inquiries using our ICP framework: review incoming requests, follow up with customers to clarify missing information and categorize accounts accordingly. * Work closely with your BDM to prepare and send indicative offers - you'll use our Excel-based pricing tool together, align on the right approach, and make sure the offer reflects what the customer actually needs. * Own the handover: once a customer responds positively, you book the meeting, coordinate the transition to your BDM, and make sure everything is documented in HubSpot - clean, complete, and with full context. * Your track: 3 months in, you're handling account handovers independently. At 6, you're sending offers on your own. At 18+, you step into a BDM role. YOUR PROFILE * Commercially driven: You understand how conversations turn into decisions, and you want to learn how deals are built. * Analytically solid: You can read a complex customer inquiry, identify what's missing, and know what to ask next. Numbers and Excel don't intimidate you. * Detail-oriented and reliable: Your offers are accurate, your handovers are complete, your CRM entries are clean. * A strong communicator - in writing especially, in German and English. Your emails to customers are often the first impression suena makes. * Able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel without losing track of what matters. * Humble and coachable: You're early in your career and you treat that as an advantage, not a limitation. * HubSpot experience or a background in energy, business, or economics is a plus - but not a requirement. We care more about how you think than what's on your CV. WHY US? * Shape the Future: Contribute to the energy transition by working on sustainable energy solutions in a growing market environment. * Connecting & Co-Creating: Strategy off-sites and onsite weeks for real collaboration and shared ideas. * Work Your Way: Home office and flexible hours – you know what works best for you and your team. * Team Spirit: Yoga, shared lunches, after-work fun – we support each other and keep the vibe strong, even when it’s busy. * Fair & Transparent: Clear structures, democratic decisions, and a feedback culture where your voice counts. * Body & Mind: Urban Sports Club membership, wellbeing check-ins, and mental health support – your energy matters. * New Office Vibes: 10th-floor office with rooftop terrace, canteen, great views, ergonomic desks, hardware of your choice, and pet-friendly! * Sustainable Extras: Deutschlandticket, FutureBens, and more – supporting your mobility and future. WHAT ELSE? We look forward to receiving your application, earliest start is as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - your contact is Kathi (Interim Talent Partner). You’ll hear back from us within 5 working days of your application. We value your time and want to make the process as transparent as possible. Once we receive your application, we’ll send you a confirmation email outlining the next steps and what you can expect from our interview process. We can’t wait to meet you! suena energy is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and reject any form of discrimination. It is important to us to create an inclusive environment for all our team members. We want to particularly emphasize that our call for applicants is addressed to all genders. We welcome applications from people with disabilities.
