Für unser Product-Engineering-Team suchen wir einen Mobile Engineer mit klarem Fokus auf Mobile. Die Rolle passt zu dir, wenn du stark in React Native bist, richtig gute Mobile-Apps baust und genug React- und Next.js-Erfahrung mitbringst, um bei Bedarf auch auf unserer Web-Plattform mitzuarbeiten. Du entwickelst mit uns die Zukunft unserer App, vor allem rund um Reiter- und Pferde-Tracking und KI-Features, und sorgst nebenbei dafür, dass unsere Web-Plattform stabil und gepflegt bleibt. Erfahrung mit Pferden oder Reiten brauchst du dafür natürlich nicht. Deine Aufgaben * Du baust, pflegst und verbesserst unsere React-Native-App * Du arbeitest im Team mit Frontend- und Backend-Engineers, Product Ownern und Designern * Du entwickelst Mobile-First-Features rund um Tracking, Trainingsfortschritt und KI * Du setzt Produkt- und Design-Ideen in eine saubere, durchdachte Mobile-UX um * Du pflegst und verbesserst unser Next.js-Web-Frontend, wo es nötig ist * Du findest dich umsichtig in einer bestehenden Codebase zurecht und entwickelst sie weiter * Du nutzt KI-Coding-Tools über den ganzen Entwicklungsprozess hinweg * Du triffst pragmatische Entscheidungen zu Architektur, Wartbarkeit, Performance und Tempo * Du reviewst Code und hilfst, unsere Frontend- und Mobile-Praktiken besser zu machen STELLENANFORDERUNGEN * Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit React Native in einem professionellen Team * Solide Erfahrung mit React und Next.js, um bei Bedarf auf unserer Web-Plattform mitzuarbeiten * Gutes Gespür für Architektur, Refactoring, Technical Debt und Wartbarkeit * Erfahrung mit KI-Coding-Assistenten wie Claude Code, Cursor oder ähnlichen Tools * Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Deployment-Workflows und Cloud-Infrastruktur, idealerweise AWS * Starke Fähigkeiten beim Debuggen, Problemlösen und Code-Lesen * Klare Kommunikation und ein pragmatischer, unkomplizierter Arbeitsstil * Fähigkeit, in einem Remote-First-Umfeld eigenständig und gut zu arbeiten * Bereitschaft, für Team-Events ins Büro zu kommen * Offenheit für Feedback, Lernen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung * Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch Nice to have * Erfahrung mit nativer iOS- oder Android-Entwicklung * Erfahrung im Mentoring anderer Entwickler * Erfahrung in kleinen Teams mit hoher Eigenverantwortung Wie wir arbeiten Wir sind ein kleines Team aus sehr fähigen Leuten, deshalb hat jeder Entwickler echten Impact. We partner with multi-location operators in frontline-industries such as hospitality. We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer to join our founding product team in Berlin. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves ownership, sweats UX details, and ships fast, end to end delivering value for customers. JOB DESCRIPTION zvoove Go is the digital layer between staffing companies, their workforce, and their clients. It supports different user groups through dedicated web and mobile experiences. * Employee experience (Web & App): Shift- and time-related workflows, requests (e.g., absence), access to relevant documents, and day-to-day communication. * Client experience (Web): Operational oversight for end-client contacts, including approvals, assignment visibility, document access, and administrative workflows. The platform integrates with multiple ERP backends via APIs and supports several European markets. You own the full product management for zvoove Go — a multi-sided B2B2C and B2B2 platform (mobile + web) for staffing ecosystems, connecting staffing companies, temporary workers, and end clients. You drive vision, roadmap, and hands-on delivery for an internationally distributed squad. YOUR TASKS * Roadmap & Delivery: Own vision, prioritization and operational delivery (specs, backlog, sprint planning) within an international team  * Integration Management: Orchestrate interfaces to 4+ ERP backend systems via APIs — identify missing endpoints, negotiate timelines with other teams * Multi-Market Steering: Prioritize features across NL, AT and CH, working directly with each country’s Head of Product * Stakeholder Management: Run the operational cadence with external ERP partners (monthly SteerCo), country ops, engineering lead and QA * Multi-Persona Product Thinking: Balance competing needs across two portals and their user groups — temp workers, corporate contact persons, team leaders, dispatchers — while maintaining a coherent platform experience YOUR PROFILE Must-have * 3+ years Product Management in B2B SaaS, at least 1 year as the sole PM owning a product end-to-end * Hands-on experience with API-based integrations — you can discuss endpoints, payloads and trade-offs with engineers * Ability to translate complex cross-system workflows into clear specifications * Track record with internationally distributed stakeholders * AI-native workflow — you use AI tools (e.g. coding assistants, research agents, spec generators) as a daily force multiplier, not as a novelty * Data-driven Product Management and Go-to-Market – you know what metrics to track to optimize the product and go-to-market motion  * Fluent English (working language), one further market language is a plus (German / Dutch) * Thrive for ambiguity.
