What is Finary?
Our mission is to change how money can work for you. We're building the one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your
assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn, giving power back to investors. Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and we've since
crossed 1,000,000 users. We ship cutting-edge products with touches of delight, and we care deeply about experience, performance,
and ease of use.
Why now?
A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious and involved. Money is no longer taboo, and the pension system is under
tremendous pressure. We see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they've always dreamt of. To fuel that, we
raised a €25M Series B in September 2025, backed by PayPal Ventures, Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside
world-class founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda),
Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman), and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise). And in July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of
our Investment Firm license: Finary is now one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on
a single regulated platform, at the exact moment Europe consolidates around licensed players. There's never been a more exciting
time to join.
What we offer
We hire people who lift the team's ceiling: A-players who are as kind as they are demanding. We move fast, aim high, and treat
ownership as the default. Our culture is direct, transparent, and built on radical candor. We challenge each other openly, then
commit. It's demanding and not for everyone, but if you want to raise the bar every day alongside equally driven teammates, this
is the place.
And we don't hedge on this. We believe AI fluency is the single most important skill of the next decade, and it's a real bar here,
not a buzzword. Everyone at Finary has rebuilt how they work around AI. It's the first reflex, not a side experiment. If reaching
for AI before you reach for the old way isn't already second nature, this won't be the right fit. If it is, you'll be surrounded
by people pushing that frontier every day.

We operate at the intersection of simplicity and performance, building scalable solutions that power everyday productivity for individuals and businesses alike. Our team is driven by ownership, experimentation and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful impact at scale. ABOUT THE ROLE Smallpdf is hiring a Head of SEO to own and execute our global organic search strategy. Reporting to our new VP of Growth, the Head of SEO will manage the SEO team, set and prioritize the SEO roadmap based on expected growth in qualified traffic and new ARR, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship key initiatives. You’ll also help shape our organic content strategy, improve our visibility in AI search/LLMs, and build a structured experimentation program to learn quickly and drive repeatable gains. This role is for someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels: define direction, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable results via strong execution - including getting your hands dirty with the details. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven and analytical, but able to find creative new opportunities for organic growth. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead Smallpdf’s global SEO program (technical, on-page, content, off-page) to grow organic visibility, relevant traffic, and new ARR from search, while improving discoverability in LLMs and AI-driven search. * Manage and mentor a team of 3-6 full-time and freelance SEO specialists. Set goals, development plans, and operating cadence (ideation, planning, execution, measurement and reviews). Foster a culture of rapid, high-quality execution and continuous learning. * Partner with the Head of Marketing to drive brand visibility in AI Search / LLMs. * Own Smallpdf’s SEO roadmap, linking priorities to: A) business outcomes (e.g. new ARR), B) SEO metrics (e.g. rankings, traffic, backlinks), and C) LLMO metrics (e.g. brand visibility, citations, mentions). * Collaborate strongly with Product and Engineering to execute our SEO roadmap. * Align stakeholders across the Leadership team, Marketing, and Product and Engineering to ensure SEO and LLMO priorities are properly understood and resourced. Report back on results with clear data, action plan, and asks. * Design, implement and iterate experiments to improve SEO performance at a rigorous pace. Build a standard operating procedure for SEO experiments including hypothesis, prioritization, measurement, rollout and reporting. * Help shape Smallpdf’s content strategy to align with SEO and LLMO opportunities. Provide input on optimizing content operations (target keywords, content templates, refresh cycles, competitive research) to expand our organic footprint while maintaining quality. * Define and track SEO KPIs, running recurring audits and monitoring to ensure we remain on-track and mitigate risk. ABOUT YOU * 6–10 years of SEO experience including technical SEO, on-page, content, and off-page (ideally 2+ years in product-led SaaS) * 2+ years leading a team, with a track record of developing high-performing SEO contributors * Strong knowledge of modern search ranking systems and quality guidelines, with a track record of maintaining performance through algorithm updates * Experience adapting SEO for AI-driven discovery (LLMO/AI search optimization) * Understanding of technical SEO and LLMO including crawling and indexation, internal linking and information architecture, performance (CWV), structured data, etc. * Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an experimental mindset and ability to ship iteratively with constrained resources before scaling what works * Hands-on with core SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.) and comfortable collaborating with Data Analytics team as needed * Clear communicator (written and verbal), able to align stakeholders and explain tradeoffs * Ability to both “zoom out” to the level of overall company strategy and also “zoom in” to the level of tactical details, while adjusting approach quickly as needed based on data and landscape shifts * Experience in international, programmatic, and product-led SEO JOIN SMALLPDF - WHERE INNOVATION MEETS IMPACT! ABOUT AVIDA (FORMERLY SYSTEM2) At Avida (avida.life), our vision is to bring the experience of having a personal fitness trainer to everyone. We accomplish this by combining elite human coaches with cutting-edge AI technology to help coaches build thriving businesses and reach more clients than ever before. We are a San Francisco-based, fully remote Series-A stage company backed by prominent Silicon Valley venture capital firms including Khosla Ventures. Avida founders Dilan Dane & Yuran Lu are ex-MIT serial entrepreneurs who've previously built and sold companies to Google, Dropbox, and more. We've grown to $5M+ ARR, support hundreds of coaches on the platform, and have validated paid ads as a major growth lever — achieving a 4.4x ROAS with CAC competitive to organic channels. Now we need someone to take this to the next level. YOUR ROLE As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Avida's paid advertising program end-to-end. This is not a typical performance marketing role — you'll be running paid campaigns on behalf of fitness coaches on our platform, managing dozens of individual ad accounts while optimizing a shared playbook across all of them. You'll work cross-functionally with our Coach Account Management (CAM) team to onboard coaches into paid ads, collaborate on content strategy, and communicate the value of paid vs. organic growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales/Growth, you will have direct impact on coach revenue, platform growth, and company-level metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) for a growing portfolio of fitness coaches, each with their own ad account, audiences, and content style * Onboard new coaches into paid ads — assess readiness (content cadence, lead volume, budget commitment), build initial campaigns, and guide coaches through the first 90 days * Optimize campaign performance daily and weekly — monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates; test new creatives, audiences, and placements; kill underperformers quickly * Develop and refine the paid ads playbook — document best practices for ad creative, audience targeting, budget allocation, and scaling strategies specific to the fitness coaching vertical * Collaborate with coaches and CAMs on content strategy — advise on what types of coaching content performs best in ads (transformations, social proof, motivational, workout inspiration), help coaches repurpose organic content for paid, and maintain an inspiration bank of top-performing creatives * Report on performance and communicate value — build and maintain performance dashboards, deliver regular updates to coaches and internal leadership on ROAS, CAC, and contribution to overall wins * Manage the Ads Kickstarter Program — oversee the subsidized onboarding program that lowers coaches' upfront ad spend to accelerate adoption, manage the transition from fully-covered to self-funded campaigns, and track program ROI * Own tracking and attribution infrastructure — partner with engineering to maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) integrations across coach landing pages built on Webflow, ensuring lead events and conversion data flow accurately from form submission through client acquisition * Forecasting & financial planning ownership — build bottom-up and top-down models projecting leads, wins, CAC, and ROAS; align coach-level spend strategies with seasonal growth initiatives and company revenue targets * Scale the program — grow from the current cohort of live coaches to significantly more, while maintaining or improving performance benchmarks * Explore new channels — evaluate and test expansion beyond Meta (Google, TikTok, YouTube) as the program matures along with email and text marketing * Leverage AI and automation — identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency in campaign management, reporting, and creative testing at scale QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management experience with proven results — you live in Ads Manager * Demonstrated track record of managing $30k+ monthly ad spend profitably, ideally across multiple accounts or clients simultaneously * Deep understanding of direct-response advertising — you think in terms of CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels, not just impressions * Experience in the fitness, wellness, health, or creator/influencer space is strongly preferred * Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable pulling data, building dashboards, and making decisions based on attribution data as it matures * Excellent communication skills — you can explain paid media performance and strategy to coaches who are not marketers, and to leadership in business terms * Experience working with content creators or managing ad creative pipelines (sourcing, testing, iterating) * Self-starter with the ability to set your own objectives, plan, execute, and achieve excellent results in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with fitness coaching business models (lead generation → consultation → client acquisition) is a major plus IDEALLY, YOU... * Have managed paid campaigns for personal brands or individual creators (not just large D2C brands) — you understand the nuance of running ads that feel authentic to a person's voice * Are excited about our vision of making fitness universally accessible and carry a personal interest in health & fitness * Are eager to build and own a function, not just execute a playbook — you want to shape the strategy * Thrive in a startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats and move fast COMPENSATION & BENEFITS We provide very competitive salaries and benefits. Your compensation will consist of a base salary with performance-based bonuses tied to the growth of the paid ads program. In addition, we provide equity to full-time employees so that you can share in the financial upside of our long-term success. Our benefits include: * Unlimited PTO * Fully remote work environment * Reimbursement for remote-working equipment and expenses * Unique perks like unlimited free books & other investments in personal growth * All expenses paid trips to company retreats You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative technologies and make a meaningful difference in many lives every day. We hope you are excited to join us!
ABOUT US Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech. We are looking for VP of Product to contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven skin analysis products. JOB DESCRIPTION What You'll Do: * Own the PMF discovery cycle for Commerce: run structured customer discovery with CMOs, R&D directors and digital leads at CPG and life-sciences accounts; synthesize signal into hypotheses; kill what isn't working. * Turn ambiguity into clarity — take fuzzy problems from key enterprise accounts and come back with a crisp problem statement, a prioritized experiment and a decision. * Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics tied to company OKRs. * Write PRDs that engineering and data science can act on; own the backlog end to end. * Partner with GTM on sales-led discovery: join enterprise calls, shape pricing and packaging signals, build the feedback loop between deals and the roadmap. * Design and run experiments on live product — A/B tests, staged rollouts, feature flags — and socialize learnings across the company. * Work tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science to ship iterative value without losing scientific rigor. What will help you thrive in this role: * 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in enterprise B2B SaaS — sales-led motion, 6-figure ACVs. * You've personally run a PMF cycle on a product that was already live but fuzzy — not just shipped features at a large org. * You've sat in rooms with CMOs and R&D directors at CPG, beauty, or life-sciences companies (or closely adjacent regulated verticals) and understand how those buyers think and decide. * Strong discovery and delivery fundamentals: PRDs, prioritization frameworks, outcome-based planning, stakeholder alignment. * Analytical fluency: defining metrics, reading product analytics, designing and interpreting experiments. * Impeccable written and verbal English. * Comfortable operating as a player-coach in a fast-moving, low-process environment. * Strong, hands-on command of LLM/AI tooling, vibe-coding. WHY US? * Competitive compensation based on experience and skills. * Fully remote, with flexibility across EU and UK time zones * Paid time off and a company-issued laptop * Collaborative, genuinely supportive team that ships * Direct impact on product and company growth * Room to grow at the intersection of AI, science, and beauty
