As our Senior Account Manager, you drive our revenue growth within our offshore markets segment (including energy, marine, and
industrial offshore operations) for the EMEA region, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. You work closely together with
our broad network of offshore contractors, asset owners, and operators (e.g. drilling, heavy lifting, subsea, and installation) on
resolving blind spots in crew safety and operational excellence.
This is a 100% hunter role. You will sell the Helin Platform together with our Red Zone Manager solution to offshore operators,

This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role responsible for overseeing the global close process across Finance, driving close discipline and accountability, and executing the global consolidation process. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting. Close quality is non-negotiable. Success in this role requires strong operational execution, sound technical accounting judgment, and the ability to maintain a big-picture view across entities, regions, systems, processes, and teams. You’ll provide leadership with clear updates on close status, risks, and delays, ensure issues are escalated and resolved timely, and help design how the close process should operate in the future. You’ll also play a key role in our SAP implementation and help build an offshore operating model that supports scale while maintaining strong review, judgment, and accountability.
