Are you an enthusiastic and driven Video Editor Intern? Then we’re looking for you! Dapper is looking for a Video Editor Intern to join our young and passionate team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our in-house videographer and growth marketing team to assist with shoots, edit high-quality videos, and contribute to compelling visual storytelling for our clients. Responsibilities: * Assist in planning, setting up, and executing video shoots * Support with video editing and post-production tasks * Help create and maintain a cohesive visual identity for both clients and Dapper * Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video concepts * Handle basic photography tasks when needed * Ensure all video content aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines Requirements: * Strong skills in videography and video editing * Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing software) * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus!) * Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * You are currently registered as a student and will be for the duration of the internship. * You are based in the Netherlands. YOUR MISSION We're looking for a YouTube Specialist / Video Editor who understands that editing is more than assembling clips, it's about crafting stories that keep our existing and target audiences engaged. If you're passionate about storytelling in sports, obsessed with YouTube, and know what makes fans click and keep watching, we'd love to hear from you. This is not a traditional editing role. We're looking for someone who understands the platform, follows industry trends, and can help elevate EuroLeague's content strategy. Note: This is not a videographer/shooter role for games. It’s a bonus but not what defines this role. What you'll do * Edit short,midand long-form YouTube content, including documentaries, features, player stories, behind-the-scenes content, interviews,mic'dup content, and original series. * Shape compelling narratives from raw footage * Collaborate with producers, social media managers, videographers, and creative leads from concept to delivery. * Optimizevideos for YouTube audiences through strong intros, pacing, retention-focused editing, and effective visual storytelling. * Contribute ideas for new YouTube formats and recurring series. * Edit content around major competitions, including the EuroLeague season, Playoffs, and Final Four. * Incorporate graphics, music, sound design, subtitles, and motion elements to enhance storytelling. * Manage multiple editing projects whilemaintaininghigh production standards and meeting deadlines. This role operates across the full spectrum of modern social content — from lo-fi, reactive creator-style execution to more structured mid-fi branded production. It requires a balance of craft, speed and judgement, with the ability to adapt approach based on platform, audience and objective. At Core, content is not created in isolation. It is built to travel, perform and scale, supported by media, data and audience insight. This role plays a key part in ensuring that output meets that standard, contributing not only to how content is produced, but also to what should be made and why. As the social offering continues to grow, this role will also contribute to developing internal capability, supporting and mentoring others while helping to elevate the overall standard of videography and editing across the team. This position offers the opportunity to work across high-profile brands, shaping how content is created and delivered at scale, and contributing to a more integrated, performance-led social offering.
