around the world. The role of Apukka’s hospitable and professional team is to create the setting and atmosphere for a memorable

holiday in Finnish Lapland. At Apukka, new team members are welcomed just as warmly as every guest.

As an equipment assistant, you play an important role by helping our guests dress in safari clothing. You explain why each item is

worn and advise guests on whether their own clothing is suitable for Lapland’s weather conditions.

In addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the dressing area, the job includes actively washing and maintaining the equipment

on a daily basis.

During a single day, hundreds of people are outfitted. Often, customers also return the equipment on the same day. At times, the

work can be busy, so efficiency and an energetic approach are expected.

Your most important personal quality is organizational skills, as well-organized equipment makes your work and your team’s work

much easier. In addition, you have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
