Plaid’s go-to-market Partnerships team drives growth by building and scaling relationships with strategic partners. Through integrations, these partners help extend Plaid’s Credit, Lending, and Banking solutions to more businesses and consumers. Partner Marketing plays a critical role in this ecosystem, enabling partners to attract, engage, and onboard customers at scale—making it one of the most effective levers for accelerating growth across Plaid’s partner network. We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own the design and execution of joint marketing programs with Plaid's partners. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into clear GTM plans — covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement — and acting as the primary marketing contact for partners across key product areas. Sitting within the Growth Marketing organization, you'll report to the Customer & Partner Marketing Lead and work alongside the Partner Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building strong partner relationships, influencing across teams, and turning complex product positioning into compelling marketing that drives real pipeline. Responsibilities GTM Strategy & Planning * Partner closely with Partnership Leaders to understand key priorities and identify where we have marketing leverage * Translate business objectives into clear GTM plans covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement * Identify and develop partner-led propositions that meet partner needs while aligning to Plaid's company goals Co-Marketing & Campaigns * Create and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness, demand, and adoption * Develop scalable content campaigns to engage a broad range of existing partners * Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI across the partner channel Partner Enablement * Act as the primary GTM contact for partners on propositions, launches, campaigns, and enablement * Create partner-ready enablement materials including decks, guides, FAQs, and onboarding content * Ensure partners are launch-ready and confident to sell effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration * Deeply understand Plaid's product areas across Credit, Lending, and Banking and translate them into partner-relevant messaging * Influence and organise stakeholders across partnerships, account management, product marketing, and communications to deliver against joint marketing plans * Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies across multiple internal and external stakeholders * Monitor and analyze program performance, preparing clear updates and insights to support optimization and reporting Qualifications * 6–8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including roles focused on partner or channel marketing * Experience working closely with technology and/or consulting partners to build joint marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation * Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership teams and align on joint objectives and priorities * Experience shaping joint messaging with partners and translating product positioning into partner-ready content * Demonstrated ability to measure and improve ROI of marketing investments through an indirect/partner business model * Deep understanding of the partner channel funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle * Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to align stakeholders across partnerships, product marketing, product, and communications * Comfortable engaging with enterprise-level stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences * Experience at a high-growth technology company * Experience in payments, financial technology, Credit, Lending, or Banking * Background in partner enablement, revenue enablement, or sales enablement * Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) or CRM (Salesforce) * Experience working with learning management systems (LetterAI) and employee enablement intranet platforms. * Strong ability to leverage AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Glean) tools and technologies to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and scale impact. As an Account Manager on our Enterprise team, you’ll own and grow relationships with a portfolio of Plaid’s largest and most strategic customers. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, commercial partner, and cross-functional leader—helping customers maximize the value of Plaid while driving long-term growth for both our customers and Plaid. You’ll operate at the intersection of relationship management, commercial strategy, and product solutioning, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes Responsibilities * Manage and grow a portfolio of Plaid’s largest enterprise customers, typically spanning 10-15 accounts depending on complexity and scope * Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, decision-makers, influencers, and day-to-day operators across customer organizations * Drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and growth by aligning Plaid solutions to customer business goals and use cases * Lead commercial conversations including renewals, expansions, strategic partnership discussions, and account planning * Identify and execute on growth opportunities in partnership with Account Executives and cross-functional teams * Act as a strategic consultant to customers by delivering industry insights, product guidance, and data-driven recommendations * Lead key customer initiatives including business reviews, operational checkpoints, product launches, and technical escalations * Develop account strategies that balance short-term execution with long-term customer growth and success * Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal to drive successful outcomes * Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback, surfacing market insights, and influencing product direction Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role such as Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting or Business Development * Demonstrated success managing and growing enterprise customer relationships in a fast-paced environment * Previous B2B technology experience is a strong plus * Strong commercial acumen with experience driving renewals, expansions, and strategic customer outcomes * Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership * Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams * Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills * Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and understand complex product ecosystems * High degree of ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and customer empathy * Experience working with B2B technology, fintech, API infrastructure, payments, or financial services products (preferred) Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone. As an Enterprise Account Executive - Named Accounts, you'll be the individual helping us achieve this vision. Your focus will be on generating new enterprise deals and building strong, long-lasting relationships with large companies in North America. You'll be tasked with identifying and closing major deals across verticals across Plaid’s Enterprise segment.   Responsibilities * Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving both expansion within existing customers and net-new revenue across key greenfield opportunities * Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles by engaging technical, product, and executive stakeholders, positioning Plaid as a strategic partner * Craft and deliver compelling, business-centric value stories that connect Plaid’s solutions to measurable customer outcomes * Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Account Management, Product, and other teams to drive new sales and expand existing use cases * Proactively identify and act on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to refine sales strategy * Contribute to building and scaling the enterprise sales motion by sharing insights, improving processes, and mentoring others * Win as a team — in partnership with outbound sales development rep, account manager, technical account manager, implementation manager, product organization, and other members of your account pod Qualifications * Ability to sell a technical solution to a business buyer, developing and delivering a compelling value story at the executive level * Significant experience (9+ years of quota-carrying experience) in a new revenue role, with a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals (including 4+ years focused on enterprise customers) * Strong prospecting, qualification, and negotiation skills, with a consultative and product-centric sales approach * Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and executing a territory- or vertical-focused revenue strategy * Strong command of executive-level conversations and confidence in facilitating technical discussions alongside Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers * Excitement to operate in a high-growth environment and contribute to building processes, tools, and playbooks Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone.
