This role reports to a C-Suite Leader and partners closely with other ABP team members, delivering best-in-class support to our
company leaders. Your Admin teammates will support you with partnership, resources, and knowledge-sharing to ensure your
clientship helps your lead and their key stakeholders.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday,
Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $156,000 - $177,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various

The Startup and Venture Partnerships team builds Stripe's relationships with the world's leading venture capital firms and accelerators to increase Stripe's market share among the highest-signal startups. We work closely with top-tier venture firms and accelerators to deepen partnerships and ensure we're delivering value across every part of their organization. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, program operations, and ecosystem intelligence. You'll expand our operational footprint within priority VC firms, run the programming and events engine that keeps our ecosystem engaged, and help translate portfolio data into action. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll support senior partner managers in deepening Stripe's relationships with the world's top VC firms and accelerators. You'll own the operational and programmatic layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio onboarding, event planning, and data analysis. This is a cross-functional role with visibility across Stripe's ecosystem, product, and marketing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support senior partner managers in expanding Stripe's relationships within top VC firms by building connections with platform teams, portfolio services, junior partners, and operational stakeholders * Own the operational layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio company onboarding, and partner communications * Support senior team members with account planning, meeting preparation, briefing documents, and structured follow-ups * Work with data science to track portfolio penetration, credits utilization, and conversion metrics, translating findings into actionable insights for the team * Plan, coordinate, and execute team-hosted and co-hosted events, including VC dinners, founder roundtables, workshops, hackathons, and portfolio showcases * Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, invitations, RSVPs, run-of-show, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up * Build repeatable event playbooks, track event outcomes, and support production of team publications and the startup leads tool WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of experience in venture capital operations, startup partnerships, business development, or program management * Experience working with or within VC firms, accelerators, or the startup ecosystem * Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfort working with data and using metrics to inform priorities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Direct experience on a VC platform or portfolio services team * Familiarity with Stripe's products, particularly Billing, Payments, and Connect * Event planning or field marketing experience in B2B or startup contexts * Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or similar CRM and analytics tools * Existing relationships within the venture ecosystem * High agency and self-direction in ambiguous environments

ABOUT THE TEAM The administrative business partner team works with Stripe's leaders to support their day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company's strategic priorities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Stripe is seeking an eager and poised individual with a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professional drive to support the Office of the CEO. This role reports directly to the Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to the CEO and is responsible for a wide range of tasks. A successful candidate has a "no task too big, no task too small" mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to partner with leaders and individuals across the organization. Additionally, this individual has unwavering discretion, proven experience operating in ambiguous environments, and resilience. The CEO is based out of our South San Francisco HQ, so we're looking for someone to be in-office at least 3 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES * Offer administrative support to our CEO by partnering with their ABP, Family Home Office (FHO), and security team to enable seamless movements for a complex calendar * Support extensive research and logistics for unique and high-caliber offsite events * Travel to offices and support executive onsites * Track, manage, and reconcile expenses monthly * Liaise with external contacts for a high volume of external speaking engagements, mapping out all aspects of the engagement (e.g. travel, security access, briefing materials, etc.) * Manage end-to-end complex travel including planning, presenting various creative options in advance of domestic and international trips * Identify opportunities to establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes.
