The Director of Regulatory Compliance is a key strategic member of Pinterest’s Legal & Compliance team leading and strengthening
our enterprise regulatory compliance program. This role leads a high-functioning team of compliance specialists responsible for
designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs related to major platform regulations, including the EU Digital
Services Act (DSA), the UK Online Safety Act (OSA), and other emerging global online platform regulatory frameworks. The
Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for assessing our compliance risk, driving our audits and risk assessments, documenting
and maintaining our control library, and partnering across the business to promote a culture of accountability and integrity.
This leader will own Pinterest’s compliance readiness and execution for regulatory audit, risk assessment, transparency,
governance, and assurance obligations. The role requires deep expertise in technology/platform regulation, operational compliance,

The International Entity Controller is responsible for the framework governing the Company’s legal entity accounting, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance across all international jurisdictions. This leader ensures the Company’s entity structure operates within a disciplined control environment while delivering predictable statutory compliance, scalable reporting processes, and operational transparency across the legal entity structure. The role also drives modernization of the statutory reporting and legal entity governance model, leveraging automation, standardized processes, and operational metrics to enable a scalable global controllership infrastructure.
