The Role
We’re looking for a Events & Field Marketing Manager or Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager to join our team in San Francisco
and lead the execution of high-impact marketing programs across North America. This role will play a key part in driving brand
awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through regional field initiatives, including event sponsorships, owned brand
experiences, and integrated campaigns.
You’ll report to the Marketing Director, North America and collaborate closely with the global marketing team, including demand
generation, product marketing, content, and design. You’ll be embedded in the regional go-to-market and engagement teams to plan
and execute programs that drive customer acquisition, engage target accounts and nurture customer relationships.

This Role As an Events Marketing Manager at Adyen, you will be a pipeline-driven, highly collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You will own the strategy and execution of both industry and owned events, delivering high-impact programs. The ideal candidate is a 360° marketer with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals through integrated event strategies. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and are experienced in collaborating across teams like Sales, BDR, and Partnerships to deliver results. What you’ll do: * Own the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of industry and owned events, aligning programs to North American go-to-market priorities and customer acquisition goals. * Develop and execute integrated event strategies, including pre- and post-event campaigns, leveraging ABM approaches, targeted audience development, and coordinated outreach across channels. * Maintain a strong understanding of target industries and customer needs to ensure event messaging and positioning resonate with key audiences. * Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, BDR, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure events are tightly aligned with pipeline generation, account engagement, and revenue objectives. * Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact event experiences managing internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery. * Contribute to creation of the North American annual plan through identification of the right mix of event formats (third-party, hosted, executive, and field events…) to effectively engage target segments and industries. * Track, analyze, and optimize event performance using pipeline contribution, ROI, and attendee insights; translate learnings into scalable improvements across programs. Who you are: * 7+ years of experience in event marketing, with required experience in B2B marketing environments. * Proven expertise in integrated event marketing across a range of formats, including third-party, hosted, and executive experiences. * Track record of delivering high-impact events that achieve defined business objectives, including pipeline and revenue goals. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and driving results through cross-functional collaboration. * Equally strategic and hands-on; you can develop a plan, execute it, and continuously optimize based on performance. * Experiment-driven and creative in your approach. This is a cross-functional role with visibility across Stripe's ecosystem, product, and marketing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support senior partner managers in expanding Stripe's relationships within top VC firms by building connections with platform teams, portfolio services, junior partners, and operational stakeholders * Own the operational layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio company onboarding, and partner communications * Support senior team members with account planning, meeting preparation, briefing documents, and structured follow-ups * Work with data science to track portfolio penetration, credits utilization, and conversion metrics, translating findings into actionable insights for the team * Plan, coordinate, and execute team-hosted and co-hosted events, including VC dinners, founder roundtables, workshops, hackathons, and portfolio showcases * Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, invitations, RSVPs, run-of-show, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up * Build repeatable event playbooks, track event outcomes, and support production of team publications and the startup leads tool WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
