Work is being rewritten, and the people holding the pen are the ones who actually run it.
With enterprise-grade governance, flexible model choice, and a collaborative interface for humans and agents to work together,
Dust empowers AI Operators at the world’s fastest-moving companies to rewire how work gets done.
With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We don't get piloted and shelved.
We land once, and spread. We're at an exciting stage of our journey, and growing fast.
We're serving great customers like Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta and Persona, and aim to x5 our growth by the end of
Dust is backed by Sequoia with a determined team of optimists (coming from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford) who like to focus on
users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously while doing so. The Generalist named us among the Future 50.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own pipeline generation across our target markets. This is a high-output, high-autonomy role:
design and run multi-channel campaigns, build the assets yourself, run experiments every week, and make sure your work moves the
number.
You won't be waiting on a creative team or briefing out to agencies. You'll think, build, and execute — fast. And you'll do it in
a way that's on-brand, tightly connected to our ICP strategy, and built to compound over time.

We can go higher for outstanding profiles.
We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, San Francisco, and New York because we
value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
We have an office-first culture. Some of the best things about building at Dust are the energy, the fast decisions, and the
unexpected conversations that unlock a hard problem, which happen because we are in the same room. Being together is not a
formality, it is how we do our best work, and it is something we actively protect.
That said, we hire people with strong judgement and we extend that trust to how they manage their time. When working from home
makes more sense for what you need to get done that day, we trust you to make that call.
The models are powerful enough. What's missing is the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. That's what we're
building: the infrastructure that lets any team turn scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they
build, own, and run themselves.
We use Dust ourselves every day. We get to shape how humans and agents collaborate while solving our own problems with the product
we ship. That loop is rare, and it's why we move fast.
If you're excited about defining a new category and want to join a determined team of optimists who focus on users, ship fast, and
don't take themselves too seriously, we'd love to talk.
Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds,
and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.

We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. About the Role We’re looking for our first Demand Gen Marketer to supercharge our top-of-funnel engine. In this hands-on role, your primary mandate is simple: generate qualified leads and rapidly scale pipeline to fuel our next stage of hypergrowth. We aren't just looking for traditional playbooks. We want someone who actively leverages AI productivity and automation tools to execute, test, and scale campaigns. You’ll thrive here if you love a fast-paced startup environment, possess a strong bias for action, can turn scrappy ideas into reality, and are obsessed with tracking pipeline ROI. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing (B2B) and work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science to ensure our campaigns translate into revenue. You'll operate as an individual contributor with end-to-end ownership of your domain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team at an inflection point. Your work will directly accelerate our growth and help shape WorkWhile’s demand gen strategy from the ground up. * Experience: 3+ years in B2B demand generation or a similar role (startup or fast-paced environment a big plus). You have a track record of planning and executing campaigns across channels that drive measurable growth. * Strategic doer: You can zoom out to plan a campaign strategy and zoom in to execute the details. You’re equally comfortable brainstorming high-level marketing plans or writing copy to get a campaign out the door. * Data-driven & results-oriented: You live in the data. You don't just launch campaigns; you analyze the funnel metrics to understand why a campaign worked or failed. * Cross-functional operator: You partner with Sales, AMs, SDRs, and Product like it's second nature. You communicate proactively, anticipate what others need, and treat sales-marketing alignment as your job, not someone else's. * Technical chops: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce for analysis and attribution. Ideally familiar with sales engagement tools like Nooks. Navigating a marketing tech stack comes naturally to you. * AI fluent: You have a proven track record of using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Jasper, Clay, or similar tools) to automate repetitive tasks and scale your creative output. You know how to make things not seem obviously AI. * Curious and resourceful: you figure things out, ask smart questions, leverage AI tools, and don’t wait to be told what to do * Strong writer with design chops: Exceptional writing. You can take customer insights and turn it into pain-driven, high-converting copy. Comfortable in Canva, Figma, or other design tools to spin up on-brand assets for campaigns and social. * Ships on schedule: You juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Deadlines, details, and project plans are your friends, and you take ownership of your goals without needing a ton of supervision. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive base salary + equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company * Hybrid work culture with office hubs in SF, NY, Seattle & Toronto. * In-person company off-sites * Medical, dental & vision coverage * Unlimited PTO * 401(k) with employer match * WFH stipend to support your home office setup WorkWhile has a diverse, mission-driven, and supportive culture—we look for people who want to take ownership, are energized by ambiguity, and strive to make a lasting impact. If this resonates with you, we’d love to chat!
WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE Notion has a very successful "land and expand" business model. Meaning, our customers start using Notion for free, upgrade over time as they expand their teams, and embrace increasingly sophisticated use cases. Often, these users and champions are different than the person who has enterprise purchasing authority. The Demand Generation team serves as a dot-connecter across sales, marketing, and operation teams to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at our target mid market and enterprise companies. In this role, you will partner with the global sales team to understand key focus areas and collaborate with the broader Demand Generation team to scale our sales-assist strategy. As the Demand Generation Revenue Marketer, you will own and execute campaigns for our sales-assist audience, direct mail, ecosystem co-marketing, and be accountable for pipeline contribution. This strategic position focuses on driving results that meaningfully contribute to Notion's bottom line. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE * 8+ years of related marketing experience * Develop deep expertise in the Notion product, user, and buyer journey to inform strategy, partnering closely with the Head of Enterprise Demand Gen to build programs that fit Notion's funnel and market * Own strategy, execution, and outcomes for targeted account programs, engaging marquee accounts and buying committees through their buying journey * Partner closely with Sales and broader Marketing team to build customized marketing plans and objectives for top accounts and craft hyper-relevant, tailored programs, that nurture those accounts from prospecting to close to expansion * Track key performance indicators such as leads generated, pipeline contribution, program performance metrics, and revenue influenced, and report on your programs with actionable insights * Partner with our Operation and BizTech teams to manage and better utilize our go-to-market systems * You’ll have the opportunity to take on a variety of projects that support upmarket pipeline, ranging from events, digital campaigns, direct mail, and more SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING * You're a creative problem-solver who doesn't wait for a perfect playbook. You've built programs from scratch, and you're energized by figuring out what works in new territory. * You thrive in ambiguity. You can move fast with incomplete information, make smart judgment calls, and adjust quickly when things change. * You have a bias for action and experimentation. You'd rather test and learn than wait for consensus, and you know how to balance scrappiness with strategic thinking. * You're a strong cross-functional collaborator. You know how to work with sales, ops, and creative teams — and you can align people around a shared goal without needing authority to do it. * You're pipeline-obsessed. You understand how your programs connect to revenue and can speak credibly about pipeline contribution, not just top-of-funnel metrics. * You have a growth mindset around AI — you're already experimenting with it in your work and excited about what it unlocks for marketers. NICE TO HAVES * Have strong problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize target accounts, using data-driven insights, and market research to determine the most valuable accounts. * Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and defining new programs/processes when we’re doing something for the first time * Customer-centric and driven by insights. You understand the customer journey, each influencer within the decision making process, and leverage customer insights to design your campaigns. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $174,000 - $205,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. You think in funnels, cohorts, and growth loops. You size opportunities, design clean A/B tests, and read results without overclaiming. * Fluency with the modern growth stack: lifecycle and CRM platforms, attribution, product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and experimentation tooling. * Comfortable in B2B, B2B2C, or marketplace contexts with multiple customer types whose interests do not always align. * Exceptional communication and influence at every altitude, from a growth engineer debating instrumentation to a VP sponsoring the revenue target. You move organizations to act. BENEFITS: * Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled * Mental health benefits * Family building benefits * Child care and pet benefits * 401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future * In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off * 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
