Role Overview
Coupang Ads is seeking a Director, Advertiser Growth & Marketing to lead advertiser growth across Korea and China. This leader
will own strategy and execution across the advertiser lifecycle, driving acquisition, adoption, retention, and long-term revenue
growth. This role leads a multi-disciplinary organisation spanning go-to-market, advertiser enablement, growth marketing, and
