Role Overview Coupang Ads is seeking a Director, Advertiser Growth & Marketing to lead advertiser growth across Korea and China. This leader will own strategy and execution across the advertiser lifecycle, driving acquisition, adoption, retention, and long-term revenue growth. This role leads a multi-disciplinary organisation spanning go-to-market, advertiser enablement, growth marketing, and insights. About the Team The Growth Marketing (GM) organization is responsible for enabling all things related to sustainable and efficient marketing traffic, conversion, retention, and growth at Coupang. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the product strategy for our Video Marketing ecosystem and pioneer New Programmatic Products that can scale efficiently within Coupang Partners (our affiliate network). You will own the optimization of video creatives, audience targeting, and programmatic bidding strategies from end-to-end. This role requires a strong technical foundation, including a deep understanding of Programmatic Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and a hands-on approach to leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI to automate bidding, enhance creative generation, and elevate our overall affiliate marketing capabilities. YOUR ROLE As a Sales Manager, Korea, you will be part of the Sales and Account Management Team and directly reporting to Country Head in Korea.
