JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our Social and Content team based in Berlin. You’ll work with a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, Designers, Social Experts and Influencer Marketers to Account managers and Producers. As a digital creative marketing agency, we mix traditional storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications & Editorial Writer to join our team, focusing on high-profile German as well as global B2B clients. The main focus of this role is developing and executing professional content strategies for LinkedIn, both for corporate brand channels and C-suite executive ghostwriting profiles. You will be responsible for translating complex business topics (ranging from science and healthcare technology to aviation and logistics) into clear, precise, and impactful digital narratives. WHAT YOU'LL DO * LinkedIn Content Strategy & Creation: Own the ideation, writing, and editorial planning for corporate LinkedIn channels, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines and global messaging frameworks. * Executive Ghostwriting: Partner directly with senior executives to extract insights and translate them into authentic, high-quality professional posts, thought-leadership articles, and commentary. * B2B Editorial Writing: Produce supporting corporate communications materials as required, including brief internal updates, press releases, or deep-dive insights. * Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for communications teams at Merck and M&M to gather briefs, manage feedback loops, and ensure message accuracy. * Performance Analysis: Monitor LinkedIn engagement metrics to evaluate content performance, providing data-driven recommendations to refine the writing approach. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience: at least a couple of years of dedicated experience in corporate communications, PR, B2B journalism, or agency copywriting. * Platform Expertise: A proven track record of writing specifically for LinkedIn, with a deep understanding of what drives executive engagement and professional visibility on the platform. * B2B Fluency: The ability to quickly grasp and accurately write about complex, highly regulated industries (such as healthcare, life sciences, aviation, and global logistics). * Adaptable Voice: Demonstrated ability to adapt tone, style, and perspective to match different corporate cultures and distinct executive personalities. * Language Skills: Flawless written and spoken German (professional fluency in English is highly advantageous given the client base). * Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines simultaneously. Summary This role is responsible for owning and growing an assigned installed customer base by driving expansion annual recurring revenue (ARR) and durable net revenue retention (NRR) within lower-complexity, higher-volume accounts. This role maximizes customer lifetime value through structured expansion selling, renewal leadership, and disciplined commercial execution, while leveraging digital and workflow-enabled engagement models rather than traditional high-touch service ownership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Own and deliver expansion ARR and renewal outcomes within assigned accounts. Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer value and portfolio fit. Lead renewal strategy and execution, ensuring retention and appropriate pricing discipline. Manage a high-volume install base using structured outreach, automation tools, and defined engagement cadences. Execute shorter sales cycles across transactional to moderate complexity opportunities. Build account plans focused on wallet-share growth and product adoption. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation for expansion and renewal pipeline. Coordinate cross-functional engagement with CX, Product, and Solutions teams while retaining commercial ownership. Transition accounts requiring higher complexity handling to appropriate segment leaders when applicable. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
