Du blir anställd av Professionals Nord och jobbar som konsult på ett kortare uppdrag på 2 månader. Arbetsuppgifter Som lager- och materialhanterare spelar du en viktig roll i att säkerställa att lagerinventering, materialhantering och registrering sker på ett korrekt och strukturerat sätt under en verksamhetsflytt. Du ansvarar för mottagning, lagerinformation och bidrar till att materialinformation är korrekt. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat bestå av: Bidra till uppbyggnad av en säker, strukturerad och välorganiserad lager- och produktionsmiljö. Inventering och verifiering av lagerplatser, kontroll av artikelnummer och kvantiteter. Registrering och uppdatering av information i företagets system. Mottagning av inkommande leveranser av material. Lagerlägga material på korrekt plats enligt instruktioner. Löpande samarbete och kommunicera med arbetsledare kring prioriteringar och arbetsuppgifter. Företaget är i stark tillväxt och en föränderlig miljö där prioriteringar kan skifta snabbt. We are hiring active and practical Driver Specialists to maintain Stockholm’s urban e-scooter fleet, with a primary focus on swapping Voi scooter batteries out in the field. Operating a company van, you will track down scooters needing service, swap low batteries with fresh ones, and ensure the local fleet is safe and ready for riders. No complex mechanics experience is required—we provide full training! Key Responsibilities - Drive a company operational van through assigned areas of Stockholm to locate scooters via a smartphone app. - Swap depleted e-scooter batteries with fully charged ones out in the field. - Deploy, reposition, and correctly park scooters to optimize fleet availability and keep streets tidy. - Locate, retrieve, and transport physically damaged scooters back to the central warehouse. - Conduct basic, on-site mechanical safety checks and report larger issues digitally. Your mission at Voi  As a Fleet Specialist (Driver), you'll be out in Stockholm every day - driving our vans, keeping our vehicles deployed and collecting them when needed. It's hands-on, city-based work that keeps Voi running. We have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. We also have our mechanical team, who keeps our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground.
