JOB PURPOSE: The IT Support Specialist II (Elk Ridge) provides advanced technical support for desktop systems, Windows applications, and technology infrastructure across multiple regional locations. This role independently resolves complex technical issues, supports infrastructure projects, and serves as on-site liaison for centralized network, server, and cybersecurity teams.
