This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. Senior Content Manager Adyen is looking for a strategic, hands-on and collaborative senior content manager to own and evolve Adyen’s editorial voice across APAC. You will define how Adyen’s story is told in one of the world's most dynamic fintech landscapes. You will set the standard for how content drives commercial impact, brand authority, and audience growth in the region. This role is focused on owning the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Adyen’s content marketing in APAC. You will act as the regional authority on content — setting direction, elevating quality, and ensuring all output ladders up to measurable business impact. You are a master storyteller who can pivot from writing technical white papers to crafting high-engagement LinkedIn posts, with a strong commercial mindset ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Regional content and market entry strategy: Own and evolve Adyen’s APAC content roadmap. Identify strategic opportunities and define how we show up across markets, creating localized content strategies that resonate across diverse regulatory and cultural environments. * AI & scalability: Leverage AI to scale output and improve efficiency. Build smarter workflows without compromising quality. * Social & thought leadership: Own APAC’s social and thought leadership strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn. Define what high-performing looks like, develop social-first content, and grow our audience through meaningful engagement that strengthens Adyen’s authority in B2B. * Content creation (including video storytelling): Lead by example with high-quality, hands-on creation. Write and edit across formats — from reports and case studies to video, social, and campaign assets. Partner closely with creative teams to develop compelling video narratives, craft strong hooks that capture attention early, and ensure content is optimized for short-form, platform-first consumption. * Platform & media insight: Stay ahead of B2B media trends, platform shifts, and audience behaviors. Turn insights into clear strategic direction, refining formats, tone, and distribution to maximize impact. * Stakeholder partnership: Act as a strategic partner to marketing, product, commercial, and agency teams. Shape briefs, influence direction, and elevate the quality and effectiveness of content across the business. * Project management: Set the standard for execution. Run multiple complex projects with clear plans, strong prioritization, and consistent on-time delivery. * Global to local: Own the adaptation of global content for APAC. Ensure it lands locally while staying true to Adyen’s tone of voice — and identify opportunities to strengthen regional relevance. * Agency management: Own agency and freelancer output. Set clear expectations and ensure consistent quality, speed, and brand alignment. * Performance and optimization: Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve performance, SEO, and engagement. Turn insights into action. * Innovation: Continuously test new formats, channels, and approaches to keep Adyen’s content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the market. WHO YOU ARE * Experience: 8+ years in content marketing, editorial, or strategic copywriting, ideally within B2B tech, fintech, or financial services. You bring a strong track record of owning and evolving content strategy, not just executing against it. * Strategic mindset: You think beyond individual assets and understand how content drives business outcomes. You can connect content initiatives to broader marketing and commercial goals, identify opportunities, and prioritize where to play. * AI fluency: You are comfortable using AI as part of your workflow to scale output, improve efficiency, and enhance creative quality — while maintaining strong editorial standards. * Social and LinkedIn expertise: You understand how to build authority and engagement on LinkedIn. You know what performs, why it performs, and how to consistently create content that drives meaningful interaction and audience growth. * Video storytelling experience: You have experience shaping compelling video content — from developing narratives to crafting strong hooks that capture attention early. You understand what works in short-form, platform-first video and can partner effectively with creative teams to bring ideas to life. * Media and content ecosystem fluency: You have a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and how B2B audiences consume content across platforms — from long-form reports to short-form, social-first, and video-led formats — and know how to adapt content accordingly. * Master storyteller: You have strong editorial judgment and a journalistic mindset. You know how to find the angle, simplify complexity, and turn technical topics into clear, compelling, and differentiated stories. * Audience-centric: You are deeply curious about your audience. You actively seek to understand the motivations, behaviors, and pain points of merchants across industries, and use these insights to create relevant and high-impact content. * Strong owner and collaborator: You thrive in a fast-paced, flat environment and take full ownership of your work. You’re comfortable working independently while also influencing stakeholders and collaborating across teams, agencies, and freelancers to raise the bar on output. * Operational excellence: You have strong project management instincts and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work while remaining open to iteration and feedback. * Some domestic and international travel is required Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen.
