Om din roll Som Cyber Security Specialist på Åhléns har du en central roll i att säkerställa att våra system, applikationer och molnmiljöer är säkra, robusta och tillgängliga för verksamheten. Du arbetar både operativt och strategiskt med säkerhet från att identifiera risker och hantera incidenter till att utveckla och implementera säkerhetslösningar och ramverk. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med arkitekter, utvecklare och andra delar av IT-organisationen, där du bidrar med din expertis för att stärka vår säkerhetsförmåga. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:  Utveckla och utvärdera säkerhetslösningar för molnbaserade system, databaser och nätverk Samarbeta med arkitekter och utvecklare kring säkerhetskrav och implementation Övervaka och analysera loggar för att identifiera hot och säkerhetsincidenter Genomföra sårbarhetsbedömningar och föreslå åtgärder Hantera och följa upp säkerhetsincidenter Ta fram säkerhetsrapporter på både teknisk och strategisk nivå Säkerställa att IT-miljön uppfyller krav enligt GDPR, NIS2 och ISO27001 Bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, rutiner och säkerhetsramverk Varför Åhléns IT? TL;DR: We're looking for a Penetration Tester who lives to break things, ethically. You'll push Lovable's platform to its limits, hunt vulnerabilities across our AI pipelines and user-generated code, and make sure attackers never get there before you do. Why Lovable? What we’re looking for 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience across web, mobile, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Deep expertise in offensive security techniques: OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, exploit development, privilege escalation, and lateral movement. Experience attacking AI-native products or LLM-integrated systems, including prompt injection, model abuse, and data exfiltration vectors. Strong understanding of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Cloudflare) and the attack surfaces they introduce. Ability to translate complex findings into clear, prioritised reports that engineering teams can act on immediately. Low ego, high output. You collaborate as naturally as you compete against systems. Bonus: experience with red team operations, supply chain attacks, or mobile security (iOS/Android). Familiarity with SAST/DAST tooling. Background in security research or CVE disclosure. What you’ll do Own offensive security end-to-end: plan and execute penetration tests across Lovable's web platform, mobile surface, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI pipelines. Break our AI before others do: probe LLM integrations for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, and novel attack vectors unique to AI-generated code running in live products. Stress-test user-generated code at scale: identify systemic vulnerabilities introduced when millions of users create and deploy real applications on Lovable. Turn findings into action: work directly with engineering to prioritise, remediate, and verify fixes, closing the loop between discovery and resolution. Raise the security bar org-wide: run internal red team exercises, contribute to threat modelling, and embed an attacker's mindset across the engineering culture. Role Summary We are looking for a cyber security engineer to work with our future challenges of battery and thermal control systems for electrified vehicles. You will be part of a line group consisting of 18 skilled and passionate engineers within various competence areas. You will work closely and share the cyber security work responsibility with the cyber security manager. The work is conducted in a global agile landscape. You will work with cyber security artifacts such as TARA, cyber security concept, requirements, monitoring controls, reviews and more. You will carry out your own deliveries as well as support others with your expertise in cyber security topics. Our organization is highly focusing on AI usage and the role can potentially be combined with part time work on developing and prototyping AI tools that solve engineering problems and improve team productivity, supporting many different competence areas within our organization. Who You Are You have a master degree in computer science, information technology, engineering physics, electrical engineering or equivalent and +5 years of experience from working with vehicle embedded systems. Previous experience from working with either cyber security in automotive industry (ISO21434, UN ECE R155/156) or functional safety (ISO26262) is required. Domain knowledge in battery and thermal control systems is meritorious. Curiosity in AI, developing AI agents and LLM-based solutions, with solid Python programming skills to build automations, integrate APIs, and rapidly prototype tools.
